Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

Absolutely loved our stay here, such a beautiful house, so pretty and clean. Lovely area, so peaceful. It was lovely to sit outside in the garden around the pool. The sauna was the best part, incredible! The bed was really comfortable. The washing machine wasn’t working so Deborah kindly offered to wash our clothes for us, she was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Verona ☺️

Wir waren mit sieben Erwachsenen und drei Hunden für ein paar Tage in der Unterkunft und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und bot ausreichend Platz, um gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen. Einen separaten Wohnbereich gab es zwar nicht, aber dafür haben wir viel Zeit auf der großen, überdachten Terrasse verbracht – dort konnte man wunderbar zusammensitzen, essen und entspannen. Besonders angenehm war der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem sich unsere drei Hunde frei bewegen konnten. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet, und jeder hatte genug Platz zum Schlafen und Zurückziehen. Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen – ruhig gelegen, mit Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus aus. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem hundefreundlichen Haus, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Es ist wie beschrieben. Wer eine schöne Unterkunft will und einen sauberen Pool - ist hier richtig. Rest ist -aber besser mit Auto- erreichbar (Cafe, Supermarkt etc.) Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und freundlich und leben direkt im EG des Gästehaus.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! La struttura è molto curata nei dettagli, attrezzata con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il giardino è ampio, ben tenuto e completamente recintato, ideale anche per chi viaggia con animali.A disposizione anche una bella piscina e un barbecue per piacevoli momenti all’aperto. La casa dispone di tre bagni, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato per la comodità. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi e staccare dalla routine. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mara, la proprietaria, sempre disponibile e gentilissima.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Antonio und seine Frau haben uns in ihrem wundervollen Haus sehr herzlich empfangen! Das Haus selbst ist unglaublich: toller Pool, tolle Ausstattung und wir haben frische Sachen aus dem Garten bekommen. Der Pool ist ein wirkliches Highlight, er ist sauber und toll ausgestattet. Die Küche ist hochwertig und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Fenster sind sehr dick und dicht und alles an diesem Haus ist absolut hochwertig. Ein Highlight ist auch der Grill, wo wir toll gesessen haben. Antonio hat uns mit zahlreichen Tipps zum Essen gehen versorgt, die alle perfekt waren. Es war das beste AirBnB, in dem ich jemals war. Mit Abstand! Es ist besser als auf den Bildern. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen :)

Obwohl wir kein italienisch sprechen, konnten wir uns mit Cesare gut verständigen und er ist sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und für unseren Zwischenstopp war die Unterkunft genau das Richtige. Gute Parkmöglichkeit auch mit großem Auto! Sehr sehr nett und wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

La canonica è un posto magico. Si trova in un piccolissimo borgo, in mezzo al verde e circondato da boschi e colline. Il luogo è perfetto per rilassarsi, andar per sentieri e visitare i dintorni: l'appennino reggiano è stato una bella scoperta. Caterina è una padrone di casa impeccabile, gentile, attenta e disponibile, pronta per qualsiasi necessità e felice di dare consigli sui luoghi da visitare e su cosa e dove assaggiare le tipicità locali. L'appartamento racconta di questi luoghi, è arredato con gusto e grazia e pieno di poesia. Ben ristrutturato, ordinato e pulitissimo, non manca nulla. Ci tornerò sicuramente per una vacanza più lunga.

L’alloggio si trova nel centro storico, in posizione comoda per visitare la città a piedi. Comoda la possibilità di avere il permesso di transito e sosta (richiedendolo a Cristina) vicino all’abitazione, che si trova all’interno della ztl. Cristina ci ha accolto di persona. La posizione è tranquilla.

Alles war super. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Lage ist wunderbar und nah genug an Bologna. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

L'appartamento è molto ampio, luminoso, comodo ed estremamente ben organizzato. Ci sono lavatrice e lavastoviglie utilissime in caso di soggiorni un po' più lunghi. Abbiamo soggiornato a Gennaio e abbiamo apprezzato il riscaldamento autonomo e la casa molto calda e confortevole. L'appartamento è per due persone, e c'è molto spazio a disposizione. L'ingresso e il balconcino sono molto simpatici. Inoltre, trovandosi in una corte interna, l'appartamento è molto silenzioso e riparato. Vicino, davvero a pochi passi, c'è la Bigoleria al Torchio, molto buona. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione, è anche molto vicino al centro storico di Mantova, bastano davvero pochi minuti a piedi per essere a Sant'Andrea, 10-15 per il palazzo ducale. La signora Pierangela è stata preziosa, prodiga di consigli e sempre presente per dubbi o domande.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Beau gîte avec un jardin calme et très accueillant. Lits très confortables. Gentilles intentions de la part de Tiziana qui avait confectionné de bons petits biscuits appréciés aux petits déjeuners pris dans le jardin. Bonne adresse pour visiter Bologne Parme et Modène...

Aneta was a great host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and well designed. Beautiful green surroundings and the natural linden tree smell all around the streets and the apartment was just so amazing. It was only a 20 min train ride to Bologna center and the apartment was right around the corner from train station which was very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you again Anita! We’ll be back for sure.

Das Haus hatte alles was man benötigt und lässt definitiv keine Wünsche offen. Moderne Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Man muss sich aber im klaren sein dass das Haus in einem wirklich kleinen Ort ist und es dort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, wenn man das weiß und akzeptieren kann verbringt man dort einen wirklich ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Anna Maria ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen und Anliegen die man hat. Sollten wir wieder in diese Gegend kommen werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen wieder in diesem Haus unterzukommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La presenza del parcheggio è un grande vantaggio, soprattutto a Bologna. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto in stile moderno, accogliente e funzionale. Il letto è estremamente comodo, perfetto per riposare dopo una giornata in giro per la città. La posizione è buona: il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Nicola ha risposto subito alle mie domande Se torneremo a Bologna, sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo questa sistemazione. Consigliatissima!

Bellissimo posto immerso nella natura. Casa enorme e pulitissima con spazzi esterni ben curati ed interni confortevole , non mancava nulla.l host Gianna è fantastica ha fatto più del suo dovere. Molto disponibile e gentilissima. Grazie a lei abbiamo potuto fare felice un bambino stando tutti insieme. Grazie Gianna per tutto.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und Romina hat das möglich gemacht! Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles wirklich gut erklärt, sogar eine Flasche Wein stand für uns kalt. Sie ist sehr freundlich und die Tipps von ihr waren großartig! Den Imbisswagen hätten wir nie ausprobiert und es war soooo lecker! Sie war immer erreichbar und hat von sich aus nachgefragt wie es uns geht. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll ausgesucht, alles passt zusammen. Von den Gläsern bis zum großen Wandbild im Schlafzimmer ist alles sehr harmonisch Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Romina buchen.

Soggiorno molto breve ma piacevolissimo. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e cordiale, la posizione è molto comoda per visitare Bologna e i suoi dintorni. La casa è ampia, confortevole e perfettamente attrezzata. Veramente incantevole

Eine tolle sehr ruhig gelegene Unterkunft auf dem Land. Nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt vom Strand entfernt. Ideal für Familien oder Ruhe suchende Urlauber. Fern ab des Trubels am See entfernt. Ein Auto ist hier aber sehr zu empfehlen, da man sonst nur schwer wegkommt. Eine wirklich schicke und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die zuvor gezeigten Bilder haben unsere Erwartung vor Ort mehr als übertroffen und dazu noch ein sehr faires Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Die Gastgeberin ist immer gut erreichbar und gibt hilfreiche Tipps. Ein absolut unkomplizierter CheckIn, sowie ein Privatparkplatz runden den Aufenthalt ab!! Bei den Parkpreisen ist dieser viel Wert.
