A warm welcome! Spacious apartment for 2 people in the new development area in the immediate vicinity of the Xanten water ski complex/ high ropes course and beach. (approx. 200 m) The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is not accessible. Tourist tax included Smoking is not permitted. Fresh rolls are available in the morning right next door at the bakery cart. Restaurant and snack bar at Wardt harbor within walking distance. The apartment has been completed since August 2021. Garage for sports equipment is possible on request.
