This condo is just as described and right on the beach! Lots of helpful extras — laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Perfect for our girlfriend getaway!

This was our first AirBnB stay and we were very pleased. The location was within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The location was perfect for drivable adventures too. The pool is huge and was mostly empty so we had it all to ourselves. The canal was peaceful and we could see dolphins, manatees, and many birds. The kitchen is fully stocked and so are the beach toys. We will definitely stay again!

This spot was amazing. Quiet, beautiful beach. Location is one step from the sand. Condo was immaculately clean upon arrival and our stay was amazing! Hilda makes it easy and comfy cozy!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Sea Oats 303 was an amazing property to stay at! The condo was spacious and well equipped but most importantly the setting was all we had hoped for. The patio was large and we enjoyed watching the magical sunsets in the evening. Our mornings started with walks along the beach. At night we kept the patio door cracked open to hear the waves on the beach as we drifted to sleep on the comfortable beds. We highly recommend this property.

This is the second time I stayed at this condo and it never ceases to amaze. The place was just as I remembered, perfect. Christopher was a great host. He was highly communicative and even checked in when the weather got bad due to a hurricane in the area. We recommend this place when you need a peaceful place next to the beach. This unit was very clean and had an amazing view!! Plenty of room on the balcony with plenty of chairs. The kitchen was updated. The rooms were super nice and the layout is so convenient for several people. The closet for beach stuff is full & very nice to be able to leave it down stairs for easy set up each day. We had an amazing stay & would recommend this place for other to enjoy.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

We loved our stay at this peaceful Airbnb with just a quick drive to the beach and downtown St. Pete. The area had plenty of great dine-in and takeout spots, and the sunset view was absolutely stunning. Perfect spot for a quiet, romantic getaway for two!

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

We had a great vacation in a great place to stay! The place was clean, had two comfy king bed bedrooms, bathroom was clean, patio was nice and the walk to the beach was an easy 2 minutes. There were beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas available. I would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

The bed was SUPER comfortable! (which is VERY impt.) From the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, , bikes you couldn't ask for anything more. The beach wasn't far and all of the information given was spot on. I looked at a lot of AIRBNBs and this one by far reached my greatest expectations! Theres so much to say about this wonderful place. Yana was super nice and accommodating in any questions we had. We will surely go back again! Thank you for a wonderful get away!

To be completely honest - I was a little bit out off by the initial description that leaned so heavily on the "Don'ts" and restrictions being communicated. However, they didn't apply to me and I really wanted a floor level condo, so I took a chance. I'm happy to report that this unit and host exceeded my expectations in hospitality. The space was immaculate and well stocked with everything we could possibly need for beachside fun. Easy entry, comfortable spacious bed, perfect setup with extra seating, and very peaceful quiet complex. Had no issues with parking. Plenty of nearby delicious dining options and the beach was literally a hundred feet or so away. Very private clean beach - I grew up in this area and have always loved Redington for it's tranquility and peace vibes. Will definitely be marking this unit as a favorite for repeat visits! ❤️

The condo was spotless. We enjoyed the area the condo and hot tub. We had a great time and would check to rent this condo. Karen responded to questions quickly highly recommend this condo.

This was the best location for the price you are right on the beach and on the other side is the bay where you can watch the boats going out and coming in right on the porch. There is a restaurant down the street called the friendly tavern and they are absolutely friendly!! Great bar and food! All with In walking distance.

This was our second year staying here, and we already can’t wait to come back again. The condo is super clean and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It even had beach gear, which came in really handy for our beach days. The location is perfect, peaceful and laid-back with that small beach town feel, but still just a quick drive to Clearwater, St. Pete, or Tampa if you want more to do. One of our favorite parts was sitting out on the private balcony in the mornings, we saw dolphins, tons of birds, and even a manatee one day! The hosts are awesome, easy to reach and really helpful each time we’ve stayed. If you’re planning a relaxing getaway in Indian Shores, the host and this condo are the perfect choice!

Dania’s condo on Indian Shores is just beautiful! My family and I had so much fun here and would love to come back when the pool and outdoor renovations are complete - the damage caused by Hurricane Helene is just so sad. The beach is amazing! Crystal clear water. Not crowded. So relaxing. Would definitely recommend other families stay here! We left behind at the condo beach toys and more beach towels for others to enjoy and we hope to return next year!
