Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. This beautifully styled, new home is just 200m from Orewa Beach and has everything you need to relax and get away from it all. Comfortable beds with hotel quality linen, full kitchen and laundry facilities, Smart TV, BBQ, deck for summer dining and watching the stunning sunsets, and 2 stand up paddleboards for guests to use. Far enough away from the main highway to be peaceful but close enough to walk to the beach, estuary track, shops and restaurants.

Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

Part of our house, this private wing has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and your own modern bathroom as well a large landscaped garden to relax in. We have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle etc but not a full kitchen. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.

This is a flat downstairs. We are on a quiet street, not far from Bus Stops, the Beach, Browns Bay, Long Bay, North Harbour Stadium, Albany Mall, and Massey University. There is a small Patio area outside this unit with its own Barbeque. This unit has a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and electric non stick frypan. Television, with Netflix, and free wifi.
