Camp Frost: Red Bay, ON

EvanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Beautiful environs, gorgeous setting. Not beach side, but beach only a 30 second walk up the road. The beach itself was empty and serene, absolutely stunning sunsets. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Cottage was outfitted with fire wood which was a huge bonus. Only forty minutes from Owen Sound. So if you have friends reaching from the Toronto with their own transport it is somewhat accessible via transit, if you throw in a hundred dollar cab ride from the Owen Sound transit terminal. Pet friendly, which was also delightful, you can have your furry friends with you. Delightful stay, would book again if ever in these neck of the woods again. Great spot! Great hosts! Great beach!

A serene view of crystal-clear waters gently lapping against rocky shores is presented. Green foliage surrounds the coast, while a cave entrance is visible within the cliffs. The tranquil colors of the water transition from deep blue to light turquoise under a clear sky.

Waterfront Nights Star! Campsite #4

Marielle AlexisRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Had an amazing weekend camping! It is a beautiful site and spent the evening watching the sunset on our hammock. The staff (Bruce) is super friendly and very helpful. Felt right at home & will for sure come back!
A spacious loft area is seen from the main floor, featuring a sleeping space and a chandelier with candles. Natural wood paneling adorns the walls, and light streams in from large windows. A staircase with a wooden railing connects the two levels.

Charming 1899 Church Haven in Oliphant

YianniRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Greg’s Haven, an 1800s church converted into a stunning Airbnb, quickly became our favourite stay ever. The soaring ceilings, stained glass, and historic charm set a magical mood, all complemented by modern comforts. Greg’s hospitality was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and full of great local tips. Polina and I felt right at home and have already booked our return in three weeks! Highly recommend for anyone seeking a unique, cozy, and memorable getaway. Thanks, Greg—we’ll see you soon!
A vibrant sunset is observed over a calm waterway, with the sun dipping below the horizon. Warm orange and pink hues are reflected on the water's surface. Silhouetted trees frame the scene, adding depth to the serene landscape.

Relax in Red Bay - Cottage Rental

CamRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We stayed at this cottage for 4 nights. Philip and Nadine are great hosts, they provided very clear information and instructions during our stay, and responsive to our questions. Their parents Klaus and Dianne live closeby, they are very nice and helpful, we felt welcome throughout our stay. The cottage is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. We were provided with enough drinking water bottles for the 5 days. The property is right next to Lake Huron, it was relaxing and the view of sunset was amazing.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper level of the loft, framed by natural greenery with sunlight filtering through the trees. Below, a stone patio with a varied stone pattern extends across the ground, enhancing the outdoor area.

Red Bay Getaway

MelissaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
AMAZING property. All the guests were raving about how this is the best Airbnb any of us have stayed in. The cottage exceeded our expectations & the attention to detail is evident in every area. There’s plenty of different lounge spaces all around the property, so we never felt cramped. The yard is huge and BEAUTIFUL with wildflowers & daisies everywhere. The access to the water is private with a public playground just a 2min walk away which is great for kiddies. I’m not a big swimmer, but you can easily walkout all the way to the end of the pier with the sandbanks, so I spent a lot of time in the water. We had great weather for the wknd, so we didn’t spend much time inside, but the cottage is fully stocked with games, movies, books, telescope, binoculars, and more to keep busy in poor weather. And it may sound odd, but I was a huge fan of the laundry room! Completely stocked & even had a washboard & clothesline, giving a very cottagecore laundry experience. Def want to come back!

A long, concrete pier extends into calm waters, leading towards a distant island. Gray overcast skies suggest a tranquil atmosphere. The pier is bordered by sparse vegetation, and the smooth surface reflects the muted tones of the surroundings.
