We had a wonderful stay! The house is great, very comfortable and well cared for. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The pool was impeccable, perfect for relaxing. Just one small detail: some kitchen items were not exactly as shown in the photos, but nothing that hindered our experience. I spoke directly to Diego to make some minor adjustments to improve the experience for guests. We definitely intend to come back other times!

The place is truly a charm, far from the city 3 km, which allows you to sleep in the sounds of nature. Jacke was very helpful and Mr. Onaldo received us very well, a sympathy, left us fruit on the table. The house has everything necessary for the stay, good cleaning and conservation, impeccable bed and bath linens, kitchen utensils, barbecue, a charming gourmet area with ample balcony, surrounded by plants and flowers, with hammocks and leisure areas. The neighborhood is quiet, great place to relax and enjoy with nature. Super recommend!

very spacious and cozy house, we spent a few days of the carnival, perfect place for those looking for peace and tranquility, much, a child's place to be a child, climb a tree, ride a bicycle, in the kitchen there was no shortage of utensils. Perfect hope to come back more often

i really liked the Washington House. has access to Prainha da represa.incrivel!!!! quite spacious house with a wonderful view, total tranquility. not counting the housekeeper who lives on the same street and is very helpful!! me and my family really enjoyed it!!

The apartment is INCREDIBLE The location is excellent, the condominium is great, safe and super nice, especially for those who go with children. We went with our 1-year-old baby and it was perfect! The staff are also very helpful, which made all the difference. The condominium breakfast is super worth it, we booked it for every day, delicious, well served and practical! A real treat early in the morning. Maysa was an amazing host: always available, very attentive and gave us valuable tips that made our experience even better. I would recommend it a thousand times! Everything was thought out with affection and care. The stay was perfect and we will definitely be back! ❤️

The condominium is very organized, with great leisure infrastructure, and also has a 24-hour restaurant and convenience store. Although it is not by the sea, the beach is very close. It is also very close to Cupe Beach, which we like to visit a lot. The apartment is very well maintained, organized and clean and the host was always helpful, which we really appreciated. We loved the days we were there.

Very comfortable apartment, impeccable cleanliness, very complete condominium and in a good location for those who really want to enjoy themselves without leaving the condominium, you don't even need a car to go to the beach, supermarket and there is a small village nearby with a chapel, restaurant and ice cream parlor.
