Very well-divided and well-maintained apartment, amazing view. Excellent location and all the comfort and security of the hotel.

The apartment is beautiful. The great location, 3 blocks from downtown beaches but very clean and quiet. The complex in general is very nice and clean. Rita and all the staff were very friendly and willing. The apartment has everything you need to cook and several appliances including a water filter, which came super so as not to spend on it. I would come back without hesitation.

The apartment is excellent, very well equipped and with a great location. Close to the airport and two blocks from Boa Viagem beach. The service was very smooth, we were very well taken care of and we didn't miss anything.

I had a great experience at Lucio's house. The residence is very well equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a peaceful stay. The rooms have air-conditioning, ensuring pleasant nights even on the hottest days. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, sandwich maker, plates, cutlery and brand new glasses, as well as a water purifier that provides cold water with a quality similar to mineral water. The leisure area is a great advantage: spacious, with a clean barbecue and a very well-maintained swimming pool. The pool attendant even makes daily visits to make sure everything is always in order. The house accommodates guests very well, is located less than 300 meters from the beach and has several shops nearby, including the Arcomix supermarket, which is a few minutes' walk away. The street is quiet, not very busy and conveys security. I highly recommend Lúcio's house for those seeking peace, comfort and moments of relaxation. I will definitely be back

The house was easy to find and has a good location, close to tourist spots and with a supermarket nearby. The other guests kept the shared kitchen organized and the host was always very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Although the individual accommodation is only a room, it was cozy and very comfortable.

Perfect accommodation! The house was completely clean, matched the photos of the place, impeccable space. The house houses the 14 people without leaving any uncomfortable, all equipped, not missing anything! the truth that we would have liked to be more, the apartment is nice, I went with two children and the two bathrooms are great. the comfortable beds and the smart TVs seemed great. but the best of all is the complex, the cleanliness of the complex is great, many amenities, the disyauno (payment) very good, the people and very friendly, and the beach seemed great, although the sea was a little brave the beach is beautiful and keep it clean, always with chairs and umbrellas, the restaurant prices are agreed, we will surely return, we like it very much!!!

Great option, the beach in front has a high tide and it is not advisable to enter, but in 1km there is a quieter one and you can go on foot, and it is not crowded, very quiet. The apartment is great, it has everything you need and it's close to the market.
