The unit is just right for us. It has all the things you need on your stay. You can cook if you want and if you want to just order out, there are a ton of restaurants and fast-food shops located just outside the subdivision. The amenities are great. Our daughter really enjoyed the pool, we are planning our next stay!!!

absolutely loved my stay. The unit was extremely cozy and the air conditioning was very strong and kept the entire unit cool. I also loved that, nearby there is an alfamart where you can buy groceries whenever you need, along with a coffee shop which is so convenient. The only criticism I could give is that the showers seems partially clogged since it drains slow, so you'll have to take quick showers.

I had a great experience staying at this place in Angono, Rizal. The place was comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. What really stood out was how responsive and helpful the host was—communication was smooth from start to finish, which made the whole stay hassle-free. Alcos residence is that place you’ll be happy to get back to after a long and tiring day. Every corner makes us feel at home—everything’s so clean, amenities are great, and the owners (Ate Dang and Kuya Ferdie) and caretaker (Ate Alice) are all responsive and accommodating. They even troubleshoot the shower the very moment we mentioned it! We had a trauma with transient houses before but Alcos residence made us believe that there are still gems out there! Plus, there’s a parking space too na visible sa CCTV ng owners. Thank you again for the comforting experience, more bookings po for you! 💕

This is the first place I’ve booked that I truly loved. The unit is beautiful, complete with all the essentials, smells fresh, and is exceptionally clean—no cockroaches at all, which helped me sleep comfortably. I really appreciated the small selection of items available in the fridge, all reasonably priced. I genuinely hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness and quality of the unit. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt super cozy — exactly like the photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like drinking water, extra blankets, and especially all of the free amenities and free parking. The host was communicative, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. It honestly felt more like staying at a friend’s home than a rental. The location was perfect too — quiet at night but have everything I needed. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. A real gem!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

From day1 up to the last day of our stay at Sir George's place, everything is in order, the place/venue was quite big and clean. All the corners -- sala, dining, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Overall, it was very relaxing to stay because of the peace and quiet atmosphere. Even the surrounding was peaceful, making our stay-cation a very worthwhile experience.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! Ma'am Danica was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and she make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. 😊

This place is great if you want to be near Pasig. There are some restaurants nearby, a grocery store just outside the complex and the major shopping centers are within reach by taxi. Take note though that traffic is terrible anywhere in the city. Also, if you're a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs as the bedroom is right in front of a busy street.

Our stay at Pandora was fantastic! The unit was exactly as pictured: clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the stunning city view from the window. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and many great restaurants within walking distance. Jac was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. I've been visiting his unit since 2023 and it always feels like home. Paolo's place is definitely the perfect and ideal place for family staycation. Equipped with literally everything you need should you decide to cook food or even wash your dirty clothes. The wifi is also fast and had no issues even with our own mobile networks while inside. I also like its cleanliness and free of clutter! Highly-recommended!
