Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

Ivan and his family are absolutely gorgeous and loving people .they took absolutely great care of us ! They’re place is beautiful and perfect for a calm and relaxing stay ! Can’t recommend it enough!we loved it!

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

We loved our stay here so much and didn't want to leave. Ivan and his family are wonderful hosts, always there to help with a smile, but lots of space for everybody. They work hard and have earned their amazing reputation with locals and holiday makers. Our kids loved the pool, the space to play and the kittens! Thank you so much Ivan, we would love to come back one day.

We had a great stay. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the boats, stand-up paddles and bicycles that we were allowed to use. Also that so many kitchen appliances are there is great. There is also a large, shared refrigerator with a freezer. On the terrace you have shade all day. Our dogs also enjoyed the stay. We left them on their leashes because the garden wall is too low for them to reach the sea. However, this gives the unique view of the sea. Except for a few walkers and fishermen who passed by the beach, we were all alone. Great, exactly what we wanted! I highly recommend the Stonehouse. However, if you have problems with the sounds of the street, you should think carefully about booking. You can hear the street at all times, because it is always busy. There is also a lot of construction in the area.

Danijela was the best host we could ask for, she provided everything and more (big hvala again for the welcome drinks and the pancakes!!!), there were sampoo, sunscreen, shower gel, and more in the bathroom The place itself was clean, has great location, close to the beach (3 mins), and the old town (~20 mins by foot), the outdoor space and the kitchen is convenient, and a big big plus: the AC!!

My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

We were personally welcomed by the two hosts and given a tour of the beautiful property. Since we arrived late in the evening, they had even prepared an antipasti platter for us so we wouldn't go hungry — a very thoughtful gesture and by no means a given. Throughout our stay, they were always available for any questions and extremely helpful. The host’s father, who lives next door, treated us with pancakes and local delicacies, which made our stay even more delightful. Aside from the wonderful, spacious accommodation with plenty of room for the kids and areas to relax, it was an exceptionally pleasant stay — made even more special by the warmth and effort of the hosts. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful flowery house! In the quiet you can enjoy the garden and the surroundings thanks to the bikes. It is ideally placed to explore the national park. The host is available and has great tips for discovering the region.

We had a great stay at Dinos. It was perfect for the 2 of us for a few days. It's in a quiet part of town and don't be put off by the outside areas. We felt safe. The flat was clean and tidy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The old town was 10mins walking distance away. The beach was a little further (20-25mins) fine if you like to walk and only about €5-6 in a uber. There were a few nice cafe bars and restaurants around which were very welcoming if you didnt fancy a walk into town on an evening. All in all a very pleasant stay and if we do return to Zadar we would be looking to book with Dino again. Added bonus he let us drop our bags with the cleaner after our early morning flight and then we could check in at 1pm. Thanks again.

Everything was fine. The kitchen and bathroom were small, but we knew that in advance. The only way to replace the hot plate should be replaced, because the coffee was cooked for an hour and half of it didn't come out. By the way, it was clean and in the right place. The lady was lovely.

Our vacation was just magnificent. We fully enjoyed the silence and the sea. We enjoyed the privacy, no crowds of people on the beach, screaming and squealing children. We moved away from the hustle and bustle, as if we had been to a psychologist. Sanin is the hostess's father and his dog Lou is very nice. They were nearby but we didn't notice them. The restaurant is about 10-15 minutes by car. I'm sure we'll go there again and again.

After 12 wonderful days, we would like to thank you very much for the lovely stay at Sabunike 66. Everything was great – from the cozy accommodation to the well-kept surroundings to the pleasant atmosphere. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed our time to the fullest. Thank you for the hospitality and loving care. It was a pleasure to stay with you – and we will be happy to come back!

Great apartment, very nice views, the location of the pool is breathtaking! We had a wonderful and very relaxing week in the apartment, would come back immediately. Luka's father is very helpful and you still have a lot of privacy.

The pool was worth every penny when the temperature was at 30 degrees or even just to wake you up in the morning

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again immediately for a vacation.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free lounging options. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was easily possible at any time. We will certainly be back!

We had a very nice stay in Bibinje. The beach is only a few minutes away from the property. Bakery and restaurants as well as souvenir shops are in the immediate vicinity. The view from the balcony is very nice! Each room had air conditioning. It's not far to Zadar. There are loungers by the pool, but no parasols. We would come back.

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.
