Despite the initial difficulties we had a wonderful stay. Riff is a generous host, and easy to communicate with, problems were promptly addressed and quickly solved. The place itself is magical, the emptiness of the village that others found spooky actually was uplifting for us, and the quietness and the beauty of the mountains offered perfect immersion and winding down. The house is lovely and cosy, the upper store is a child’s dream - my son enjoyed it immensely. We are regulars to the area, know the neighboring ski-resort very well and beside skiing we enjoyed the local cuisine very much, or sometimes just grabbed a pizza from the village down in the valley. Renate's house is beautiful and cozy. Totally equipped with everything in both the rooms and the kitchen. Everything is functional and works. The garden is well-kept and from the outside you can enjoy a spectacular view of the valley. The silence in the evening is absolute so much so that it is not difficult to see the fawns approaching the house. Renate is a kind and helpful person always ready in case of any problem. We had a beautiful, relaxing and restful vacation. Renate's house is an experience that we will absolutely repeat in the future

We spent a ski holiday as a family in apartment 2 (ground floor). The location is perfect, right next to the ski school and the lifts. Nevertheless, it is quiet. You don't get anything from the piste and the other residents. The apartment (bathroom, double bedroom, room with couch & TV, kitchen) is well furnished. Everything you need is available. Parking is also right outside the door. The landlord was friendly and quick to respond.

Wonderful, peaceful stay in a clean, stunning home. Weather did not cooperate with us at first unfortunately, we were stuck in a fog bank which impeded our view. But on the last day the sun came out, the fog cleared and we were amazed by the view! It was absolutely stunning, and I cannot recommend this place enough. Hope to be back someday!

The accommodation is in a very good location a few steps from the ski resort, cozy and very good for larger groups. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The video we received before check-in shows everything in detail about the listing, so everything from key fob to heating was simple. The landlord is friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied.

Very cozy house in the very quiet, rather remote Flattnitz. We had a wonderful week in the snowy, small ski resort. It was a bit of a shame that only the one drag lift was open. The chairlift was closed for the first time this season, which is why we switched to other nearby ski resorts such as Kreischberg (highly recommended) and Turracher Höhe. A great highlight of the house is the sauna, which we used almost daily after skiing. Even different sauna infusion variants were available on site! Great! You can heat the house well with the existing radiators. We actually always preferred the tiled stove in the cozy living room. Very cozy 😊 Sufficient wood was also available free of charge. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Haus Lisl. Thanks for your hospitality, dear Elisabeth 😍

Inge and HaJo are two very lovely people who welcomed us very warmly. If you have any questions, they were there for advice and action, whether to make excursions, as well as to enjoy the good cuisine of the area. The space was clean, the kitchen left nothing missing. We felt very comfortable and can just make a great recommendation. Our children are still talking with great enthusiasm about our stay with Inge and HaJo.

We had a really good time. The wooden chalet is totally beautiful, great views, large terrace, everything very tastefully furnished, the kitchen we loved totally, everything hand sanitized with wood, beautiful cups, plates, even spices, oil and vinegar were there. We heated with the wood stove, a load was enough for the whole day because everything was well insulated. The bedrooms good mattresses, good sleep. Great view from the balcony to the far away mountains to Italy. The owners totally nice and friendly and helpful when something broke for me. It is really rare that there was nothing to complain about. So 5 stars. Hochrindl is for people who do not need Halligalli, quiet, small ski resort, a bit of trails, but good walking opportunities. Ski resort is not overly busy. If you need a spa, you can drive 20 km to Bad Kirchheim. Unfortunately, there was no snow and the trail was closed because of it.
