Vacation rentals with a patio in Rattanakosin Island

Staying at Ling’s place was absolutely amazing. Ling was a very responsive host even if we messaged her late at night she was still able to give us our requests. The directions for the place were very clear and Ling even helped us out with directions to the places we needed to go to. As someone who nitpicks the cleanliness of a place, Ling’s place absolutely met my standards. We always mop the floor before settling in and it was spotless! All in all, the experience with Ling’s place was amazing.

Tom was a great host. The unit was just as described. They provided extra towels and a change of bed linens in the room. Very clean. The clothes washing machine was also a great advantage. I would stay with Tom again.

The location was so nice because it was close to Asok Station, and the house was clean, so I didn't see a single bug. The swimming pool was clean, and the bed was spacious, so I slept well. I recommend it!

The hosts were very responsive. Especially they were super supportive regarding the late checkin and sent an assistant to let me in, when I arrived around 1AM. The place is in the middle of everything, 5 min to Sathon peer and Saphan Taksin st. It has many great local restaurants nearby. I will come back to this place again. Thank you for hosting.

Very relaxing cozy room. Good for one or young couple. Great view, beautiful swimming pool, lots of local foods nearby. Not too far from BTS. Overall

The property is located just a few steps away from the station, and we had all our needs such as groceries, mini markets around the place. They also provide unlimited drinking water for the guests which was very helpful for us. The property owner is very responsive, which made us feel comfortable when we asked anything related to the accommodation. They also have a light cleaning service including taking out the trash, making the bed, and cleaning the floor, which was very helpful as we were traveling with 7 people including a baby, as well as provided us with baby toys and built a small tent inside the house for playing. The property itself was equipped with all the amenities we needed including bathrobes, iron, clothesline, washing machine, and dryer. Will definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Bangkok in the future!

Great place to stay, very unique!

Excellent place and not less excellent host. The place is gorgeous, all in all. Comfortable, clean, spacious (in our case we needed team work space) and well provisioned. The neighborhood is very calm, which was a must for us. While somewhat secluded, accessing the bursting city is not a problem even with a short walk. Also, Eve attentively responded to all inquiries and was really helpful when needed. Would recommend 11/10.

Host is very responsive and extremely friendly, you don’t have to hesitate to approach and ask questions as you know you will be greeted with friendliness. Place was amazing and it was worth every single cent, one of the best airbnb I have ever stayed at!

The home is located in Wang Lang market, which is bustling with activity in the day. You'll find a variety of local delights right on your door step. The home was very clean and tidy. The host even prepared cold water in the fridge to help us beat the heat when we arrived. Overall, it was a joy to stay here during our exchange at Siriraj hospital, which is just 5 minutes away. The host was extremely helpful during check in and check out. They even went out of their way to mail us an item that we had left behind. 10/10 would stay here again if we're back in Bangkok.

Aom is the best! She was incredibly accommodating, meeting all of our needs and even helping us with tour recommendations and arrangements. Her home is absolutely beautiful—just like her! We will definitely come back. Thank you so much, Aom!

This Airbnb is an amazing space designed by the host Chureerut. It is designed like a traditional Thai house we all stayed in the house and is incredibly stocked :) the host and her family we very kind and they treated us to mangoes 🥭 I was very excited to see the birds and the mangoes in the garden. Very easy to checkin and all facilities are there. Additionally malls and everything is close by and walkable.

The place is gorgeous and spacious. I was worried about mosquitos when I first looked at the place, but turned out, I didn't get a bite from them. The space is great for a family or a huge group to stay. Although the localtionis close to the main road, it's suprisingly quiet during the night - a good escape from the busy and noisy city while being in the city itself! Will definitely recommend to other people to stay.

It was a very nice room with a beautiful view. There was plenty of storage and a bathtub. There was plenty of space to hang laundry to dry. Security was perfect and the front desk was always manned. There was a vending machine on the first floor for drinks and simple food, which was convenient. The owner was very nice and I would stay there again.

Great location, very easy check in

Chonny had very precise and clear instructions for how to reach the Airbnb, and the check in process was very smooth. The concierge was very helpful with storing my luggage as I reached quite early. Very close to both the BTS and MRT trains, so makes getting everywhere in the city accessible. Pool was a great bonus too!

The apartment was awesome, clean spacious and comfortable, some minor damage to the walls and the apartment complex as a whole, but that doesn’t dampen the experience, a few extra cooking utensils and pans would make things easier and quicker, overall a beautiful apartment and very enjoyable stay

Great apartment complex outside the touristy areas for a good price. It was clean, comfortable and functional for both short and long term stays. We very much enjoyed the use of the pool, gym and co working spaces. The hosts were very kind and were quick with communication. They allowed us early check in which was much appreciated. If you’re in the market for a stay outside the city center for some rest and relaxation, would highly recommend this place.
