Cosy flat, fully furnished in quiet area with beautiful view, near the city center, next to the river. 4th floor with elevator. 5 minute walk to the nearest grocery, restaurant, shops. Excellent location for holidays: mountain hiking in Malé Karpaty; cycling (numerous paths to the country side); swimming in local lake. City of Brezová pod Bradlom (Košariská) is known also as a birthplace of the greatest Slovak – M. R. Štefánik, whose exceptional monument is located 3 kilometres from the flat.

Cyklotrasa vedúca na turisticky vyhľadávanú Lodenicu. Pár minút od centra a kúpeľného ostrova. V blízkosti sa taktiež nachádza rehabilitačné centrum Adeli.

New flat with garden, next to Adeli and the lake.

Our barrier free home is located in a modern, family oriented development, Lodenica. We are a 2 min drive/10 min walk via a beautiful and protected wheelchair path to the Adeli Medical Centre. NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE NOTE that we have two adult cats that are members of our family they were both born here and are extremely friendly. they are indoor/outdoor and it is very easy to take care of them. they love children. if you are not comfortable with cats please do not send a request.

Balconies overlook the greenery and bike path that leads past the water surface of Sĺňava. Whether you bike it (2 bikes are available for guests), skates, or just walk, it's a nice walk. The city of Piešťany offers a number of events for both small and large. So don't hesitate to come and experience something new.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. Frankly, I have to admit that it's a palace!!! Guests for our friends' wedding at the Piwel brewery We were able to enjoy the calm and comfort of this apartment!! Thank you Karol and keep it up!!
