Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rascafría

Location ideal. Walk to just about all areas in Madrid in a short time. Two subway stations nearby, if desired. The apartment has everything Gigi described. The terrace is very large, well-furnished, and faces west. Therefore, the sun shines on it from mid-late morning to the early evening. There is a large awning that unfold automatically for shade, if needed. In addition, if you look down, it is a very restaurant, store and pedestrian area, but the terrace is so high up that you can enjoy your time outside eating or reading with virtually no noise from below. Many people enjoy going to restaurants with rooftop dining and drinking. This terrance is comparable to those rooftop restaurants! Our host, Gigi, was simply amazing. She actually owns the apartment and cares for it as if she lives in it. She was incredibly responsive to all inquiries before and during our rental. On a scale of 10, I would score her 100--just superlative. Great hot water for showers, too

You simply could not find a better apartment in Madrid. Javier’s apartment is stunning, comfortable, and in the perfect location-in the heart of La Latina just a short walk to Calle Cava Baja yet it is still peaceful and quiet inside. It’s an absolute gem.

Had a great time visiting Cora’s place in Madrid! Super walkable, a wealth of amazing food nearby and things to do. Cora was extremely helpful and responsive. The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Madrid!

Madrid was our favorite city we visited in Spain and Mar's apartment was our favorite of the three we stayed in on our trip. There is not one negative thing to say about the apartment, her responsiveness and the location. We had such a great time! And we would definitely check availability for this apartment should we find ourselves back in Madrid.

Very friendly host (Alan). Great appartment, everything you need is available, and more! One caveat: depending on the guests in the neighbouring appartments you might have to use earplugs, because the walls are thin, and most guests do not try to close the doors (three of them in total) quietly. This is the only negative point in the review, for the rest the appartment is really fantastic.

Nuestra experiencia fue inmejorable, el apartamento está ubicado en una gran zona, muy cómoda para accede y rodeada de restaurantes y locales en un muy bonito barrio El edificio tiene ascensor (muy importante por las maletas ) El departamento es muy espacioso y muy moderno, muy bien decorado, equipado y limpio La comunicación excelente Para destacar, nos permitieron dejar nuestras cosas antes del check in y nos avisaron que podíamos ingresar antes del horario Muchas gracias !! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Victor. C’est Carlos qui nous a reçu, et avec qui nous avons échangé. Il était très réactif, serviable et disponible pour la moindre chose. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Madrid. Métro à proximité, et ligne qui dessert très facilement le centre. Le logement était impeccable à notre arrivée, et très beau. Merci beaucoup et on recommande. ☺️

La casa es muy acogedora....nos encantó...lo peor son las escaleras....son difíciles . Pensábamos que estaba el salón y la cocina en el mismo piso...y la cama arriba. La ubicación y el pueblo nos encantó

Pasamos una estancia maravillosa, la casa está impecable y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Una pena que el tiempo no nos haya acompañado para disfrutar de la piscina. Los anfitriones han sido muy amables y muy rápidos en contestar. Muy recomendable

Very nice place with a beautiful garden and amazing views. The lake is easily accessible with a kayak, paddle boards, and life jackets provided. Quiet location, 1 hr 15 mins from Madrid by car.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

la comunicación con Alfonso fue muy buena tanto antes como durante la estancia. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un buen fin de semana y disfrutar de la naturaleza. No eché en falta nada y está llena de detalles que hacen que todo sea más fácil. Además tuvimos muchas recomendaciones de la zona por parte de Alfonso. Sin duda repetiremos.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

El departamento muy cómodo y completamente equipado con lo necesario. Aire acondicionado en los dos ambientes, cocina bien equipada. Buena presión del agua en la ducha. Apto para estancias largas de una pareja.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
