We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds. Our chalet is finely finished, decorated in a casual style, and is equipped with a kitchen with utensils. We are 6.5 km, 13 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The chalet is located in Monte Alto, a very quiet, simple and rustic village, 15 km from Arraial. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space!
