Vacation rentals with a sauna in Rappahannock River

Great place that was clean, had air conditioning, and plenty of beds that were comfortable for our family of five. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Kyisha and George are the best Airbnb hosts in PG County. The way they decorated and prepared their house made me feel like home the moment I stepped in. They are very responsive and I especially appreciate the clear instructions that they sent me on the day of the check-in. I love how serene and beautiful the area is and I enjoy the sauna they provided during my stay. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This place was great for our family to stay while we enjoyed D.C. It was comfy to return to after a long, fun day of touring. It slept the 5 of us with no complaints.

We had no idea this was a resort with a sales pitch. Be ready. Not hard for us to say no and they were not persistent but we that this was an apartment in a building. This is a Wyndham Resort. Lovely amenities, parking $25/day right across the street, no restaurant on site but lots of choices close. It was perfect for our purposes.

Awesome location! Place just as described. Lots of fun things to do with the family, esp pool and Nintendo switch lounge. The only thing that was less than perfect was the check out time, listing says checkout at 11 am but we were asked by the Club Wyndham to check out at 10.

I had a wonderful stay during my time at the airbnb. Checking in provided no difficulty whatsoever, and the staffers I interacted with were friendly and accommodating. The host was simply excellent. She would always respond to my questions in a timely manner, and she even gave helpful advice for parking. The location is exactly what I anticipated: a quick walk to the metro station, and a beautiful scene at the waterfront. Everything in the D.C. area was within a reasonable distance, regardless of the transportation method. I’m very satisfied that I booked a reservation for this place.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, looked exactly like the photos, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. There was plenty of storage, and the desk setup was perfect for working remotely with fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The host provides everything you may need — from a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful touches throughout. The location is also super convenient—close to DC and right off 395, making it easy to get around. The host was fantastic, always responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Our son had a baseball tournament at Williamsburg, VA so we made it a short family vacation. We had a fantastic family stay here. The location was perfect; it was close to local attractions and convenient for family outings. The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. The host was responsive and proactive. Kids enjoyed the nearby parks, and we appreciated the peaceful neighborhood. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we'd highly recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!

Very nice place. The unit has everything you need. Is close to the city. Robert was very helpful. We don’t used the facilities and did not go to the activities for being short time but they have a lot. Great place.

The villa was the perfect place for our family to stay for graduation weekend at William and Mary. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Setting was lovely and great for walks in our down time. The only issue we had was the villa was not ready at the designated check in time and we had to wait an hour before we could get in.

Edna's condo was a cozy place for us to stay while visiting/supporting new parents as they welcomed another little one. Having two bathrooms was helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. It's a quiet location and when the weather cooperated we enjoyed walking the trails accessed from the back of the complex. A treasure!

This condo was everything it said and more! LOTS AND LOTS of space for our family. Lots of privacy and security. Loved the gated entry to the resort. We also really loved the amenities, especially the outdoor, resort style pools and mini golf. And REALLY thankful for a washer and dryer! My one downside (that doesn’t really affect my review, just more of an FYI for future guests) is that there was only one hot pad and one dish towel in the kitchen. Made it kind of hard to take something out of the oven. So, bring your own so you’re prepared.

The home was absolutely beautiful and I would definitely stay here again! Grace was super quick to respond to any questions and the sauna was amazing!! I highly recommend booking here!

Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

The location is easy to get to and very well maintained. Everything seems brand new and the house is well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The house is surrounded by lots of amazing trees and feels like you’re staying in an amazing tree house. There are plenty of kayaks, fishing poles and water activities to keep everyone happy. The dock is amazing and hours were spent fishing, crabbing, and playing cards and enjoying time with family. Would 100% recommend it to anyone who is thinking of staying here. Thank you again Maria, we had an amazing time.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Michelle’s place. The accommodations were top notch and we felt right at home. Michelle is an incredible host, responsive, proactive, and flexible and pleasant. We will definitely try to stay here again!

It is a beautiful home! We celebrated our son’s engagement and had a wonderful time! Very comfortably fit 14 people and 1 dog! The place was perfect minus not as clean as we would like but Shabina was very quick to respond and sent cleaners out right away to take care of! She also had doughnuts delivered the next morning as an apology! Would definitely stay again.

5 stars - A Wonderful Stay in Richmond! I can’t thank Mathew enough for helping me and my family with a last-minute reservation. From the moment we arrived, the house felt just like home. The booking process was smooth and easy, and Mathew was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The home was spotless, beautifully organized, and had everything we needed. It comfortably fit our whole family and made our special visit to Richmond, Virginia, truly memorable. We are so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here.

Wonderful weekend stay right on the river. Easy access to the hazel river, Shenandoah national park, as well as some short trails right on the property. Spectacular views from every window and multiple decks. It’s easy to sit and read a book while listening to the peaceful sounds. This property is beautiful with everything you need to feel right at home. It felt more like a home than a rental property. It was well decorated and somewhere you actually want to spend time vs drop your stuff and head out. We enjoyed our stay, and plan to return.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our trip. She graciously allowed us to check in early and accommodated a late check-out, which made traveling with two dogs and young children so much easier. The house was spotless, well-kept, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to a great grill we used for family meals. It was the perfect setting for our family reunion, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!
