It's a great place to stay. Has all the amenities needed. Vamshi is very kind and helped to have flexible checkin and checkout. Its a penthouse so there is no lift but I didn't have a lot of luggage so it wasn't a problem. The bathroom is quite small so could be a bit difficult. Other than these it was a great place, has good privacy, cheap and close to metro

It qas a great 30 days stay for me., with friendly and proactive hosts. Everything was available in time whenever needed. The only issue was the absence of power backup, since the area faces a lot of power cuts during rain.

My stay at Jagan's place was excellent. There might be some language issue as the care takers speak only Telegu which was not my native language. Other than that everything was fine. Jagan was very responsive even though he was not present.

A great place to stay if you want to be centrally located between Ramoji Film City, the airport, and the city. Snehal is very responsive, and the check-in process is smooth and hassle-free. Perfect for families and ideal for groups of 8–10 people. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The location and appartement is quite same as in the pictures. One of the Ac's didn't work properly in the apartment. Overall it is suitable for short stay's. Thank you for hosting Krishna.

Modernised home with utmost privacy & dedicated entrance. Home is etched with Beautiful Interiors. The property is walkable to the main road as well. I’d definitely visit again.

Place is as described and value for money. Location is good as it is near Metro, District court and good restaurant (Veg Restaurant called Chutneys). However this is not a place where I would stay more than one day as it does not have balcony and the furniture and linen are just OK. I gave 5 star rating as it matches the photos and description and value for the money.

Venkat’s house is the best with top notch amenities. The place is spick and span and makes guests feel right at home. Would definitely recommend. Great deal for such a homely space.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property! Ashish and Ankita were incredibly supportive, helpful, and responsive throughout our visit, making sure all our needs were met quickly and with care. The house itself is perfect for families with kids and elders. It even has a beautiful temple inside, adding a peaceful and positive vibe to the entire space. The rooms are spacious, the A/C works great throughout, and the large kitchen and living room gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy together as a family. The location is excellent, with everything you might need nearby. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and amazing hosts. The stay at his place was wonderful, comfortable, and ideally located with easy access to all the major attractions in Old Hyderabad. The charm of the old city is just around the corner! For getting around, I’d highly recommend booking auto-rickshaws instead of using a rental or personal car. The area tends to be quite crowded, and the narrow roads can make driving and parking a challenge. Autos are a much more convenient and stress-free option. Overall, a great stay with a thoughtful host in a vibrant part of the city!
