House vacation rentals in Ramrod Key

We absolutely loved our stay! Our checkin was smooth and flexible. The home was squeaky clean, linens and beds were unbelievably soft and comfortable, and there were more supplies/ amenities in the home than listed. We felt right at home and would love to come back! Absolutely 5 star place!

It’s awesome. The additional fees are worth it. The community is great and the commitment to keeping the neighborhood classy is excellent.

Marcela's place was exactly as described and very clean. One master bedroom with master bath, and another bedroom with a twin/trundle bed, and sofa in living room. Kitchen had good amenities with cutlery and glasses, etc. We didn't use the washer but the dryer was very handy for drying bath towels and pool towels. We sat outside in the back yard the first night and heard a mysterious animal call, we thought it was a bird but then using google we found out it was a tokay gecko! So cool. We used the large saltwater pool which was very very nice. It's just a short drive to several great restaurants in neighboring keys, and we made a day trip to Key West which was awesome! I recommend Tonio's Seafood Shack & Tiki Bar, great key lime pie. Forks & Stix is a great little sushi place with great lemonade, Island Fish Company in Marathon had a great outdoor vibe right on the water. Best beach is Bahia Honda State Park. Note there is a $125 community fee upon check-in to the resort.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house was as expected based on previous reviews & pictures. The location was perfect for us to access from Key Largo to Key West easily. The pool was nice & the kids had fun snorkeling off the back dock & looking for all kinds of wildlife both on land & in the water with their flashlights after dark. We found the sunsets at the house to be better than what we experienced in Key West. If you need beach chairs and/or beach umbrella, we recommend you rent those.

Our 7 day stay was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years. The location was somewhat remote but only a short drive into Marathon. We hope to come back soon!!!

Beautiful, roomy, comfortable, well appointed home. Has absolutely everything you could need for an incredible vacation! Great little gym, really nice bikes, coolers, pool floats, beach umbrellas, kayaks and paddle boards. The entire game room area is such a great place to hang out. Good size pool, shade keeps it nice and cool. Quiet neighborhood. Owners are super responsive, very helpful. We really loved this place!

Everything was great!! Both pools were close and nice and clean. Perfect location to shops and restaurants.

Shane and Kelly were fabulous! My husband and I enjoyed a week away and loved exploring Marathon. Fishing from the back deck was so much fun. We caught some mangrove snapper that we made for dinner which was exquisite! I also caught a Jack Cravalle and my hubby caught a shark. Definitely fun times! Explored beaches, hiked and went to Key West for a day. Weather did not disappoint. Highly recommend this great vacation home!

Plenty of room to spread out and stocked with kitchen accessories, linens, towels, toiletries, etc. The children spent a lot of time in the pool. The adults could relax in the multiple patio chairs, grill our food, all while watching them splash to their heart's content! The Keys were amazing and unique. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had found our own private slice of paradise. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home—plus the added bonus of breathtaking ocean views and island vibes. The location couldn’t have been better. Tucked away in a peaceful part of Marathon, we were just minutes from everything—the beach, boat rentals, amazing restaurants, and the iconic Seven Mile Bridge. The property itself was incredibly well-equipped: a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, high-speed WiFi. What really made this place stand out was the outdoor space. The private dock was perfect for fishing and sunset cocktails, and the pool made it hard to ever want to leave. We even spotted dolphins just off the dock one morning—unreal! Philip's listing described the place perfectly. Zero unexpected surprises and it had absolutely everything to make our vacation super enjoyable. When it comes to location, so much to do in under 30 minutes. Smack dab in the middle when it comes to driving to Marathon or Key West. It was also great to be able to keep a boat right outside and to have a marina as part of the park. Access to great places to fish are 15-30 minutes away.

This booking was great for what we needed, thank you to the responsive hosts and pet friendly house that made our vacation that much better.

Our stay in Marathon couldn’t have gone any better! I traveled with my three 20-something sons and their wives/significant others. The layout of Gerardo’s home was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of room, places to enjoy together, and space where everyone could find some peace and quiet. The location was ideal. We were within an easy driving distance of all excursions and restaurants and could even walk to Island Fish Company, which was one of our favorites. Gerardo was extremely responsive. He checked in prior to our arrival and touched base a couple of times to make sure there was nothing we needed. An excellent home I recommend to others with no hesitation!!

Beautiful views and great spaces! We’ve stayed in Marathon several times in different canal houses with our family of 7, and this property is now our new favorite. We couldn’t get enough of all the beautiful views from sunrise to sunset whether it was on the porch, in the pool, or out by the Tiki Hut. Every bedroom has water views as well. Boat access was an easy out to snorkeling, diving, fishing, or whatever you like to do. There are two kayaks for use, which made for some nice outings to explore the immediate area. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and even had an extra under-the-counter ice machine. We had a great time here, and would stay again. Thank you to the owners for sharing your property.

Sandra’s conch cottage was comfortable and beautiful and very clean. Provided all the necessary items for the week. The location of the house in Marathon is perfect to all amenities. I would definitely come again.

We came down for a weeks vacation brought two boats, plenty of space on the docks. Communication with Meredith was great. Great location.

The location and access to the beach and canal was amazing! We had such a fun time with the kayaks while being able to see all the wildlife and sail boats. The house was exactly what we needed. Jose was very helpful and flexible throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The residents and guests in this complex were very kind and friendly. Our accommodation was not very well stocked, with only 1 roll of toilet paper available, no accessible extra sheets or blankets, it’s definitely the least stocked Airb&b we’ve ever stayed in, but it was also one of the most expensive, so some extra toiletries and blankets would’ve been appreciated. The hosting team wasn’t very easy to get a hold of, but they did allow early check in and late check out which was greatly appreciated. Overall we would stay again, I’d just like a more personal touch with communication next time. Thanks for hosting us!

Marathon is hands-down the best place to stay if you want to explore the Florida Keys, and Rachel’s place couldn’t be in a better location—right in the heart of it all. We were a group of five and the house was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxed, easy stay. The layout gave everyone their own space, and the sleeper sofa was a great bonus—surprisingly comfortable for the kids, with what seemed to be a memory foam mattress. One of the biggest perks of the location? Herbie’s Bar and Chowder House is basically across the street—and it ended up being the best food we had during our entire week exploring the Keys. Seriously, don’t miss it. Whether we were snorkeling, kayaking, or heading to Bahia Honda or Key West for the day, everything was within easy reach. After long days out, it was great to come back to a peaceful, homey space. Rachel was a responsive and thoughtful host, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A Hidden Gem – Perfection in Every Way! Truly! This was, one of the best Airbnbs we have been to in Marathon! We have traveled down for many years and could not ask for a better place!!! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The space was spotless, it slept 8 of us comfortably! Stocked with every single thing we could need! Location itself was Unbeatable! Peaceful, picturesque, and close to everything, yet somehow still felt like our own private escape! The dock cutting board and easy water hose worked perfect for any catch! The wrap around deck was the biggest hit! Seeing manatees and Tarpon sightings really made my kids day! It truly was magical experience! The pool to cool off and the mini splits in each room without it being manually controlled was the ultimate! Milton was phenomenal to communicate with! You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests♥️. Our family has already booked for next year and we highly recommend!
