Diese einzigartige Loft liegt 13 Autominuten vom Airport-ZH und 20min. von der Stadtgrenze Zürich entfernt. Die Gegend ist ländlich, mit Wäldern und einem Fluss direkt beim Haus. Die Loft ist 280m2 gross und komplett mit allem ausgerüstet. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Die Betten im oberen Stock sind von feinster Qualität und auch die Sanitären Anlagen. Der untere Stock ist 200m2 gross und beinhaltet ebenso eine Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen. Wintergarten und Terrasse sind im 3. Stock.

Welcome in our beautiful Villa. We rent one Room with a Bed for 2. Enjoy the garden and Swimmingpool (only heated in summer) after Sightseeing or Business. With the public transport it takes about 20 mins to Zurich HB or Zurich Airport (you have to change once). You will find details of public transport on the Homepage of SBB, the public transport organisation in Switzerland. They have also a great App for your phone. We rent another room for 2 persons (seperately ad).

Villa by the river (DB)

Stylish villa on the river near Zurich (20 min). Sleep comfortably in ancient walls from 1870. The property is located in the nature reserve - public swimming areas, jogging, walking & enjoying nature. Ducks, swans and songbirds greet you in the morning. Plan excursions to the city, visit museums & attractions. (Zürich 15 min/Luzern 40 min/Bern 50 min) Relax in the cozy living room with a cup of organic tea. Not suitable for children under 15 years. We're glad.

Villa des Roses (blue room)

The room is located on the first floor of the factory villa we live in, which is only 3 minutes from Wetzikon train station. You share the bathroom/toilet with the guests of the green room. Breakfast is not included, but I am happy to offer a breakfast agreed with you. (Cost per person per day CHF 10.00) The kitchen can only be used for warming up by microwave and a small compartment in the fridge is ready for you The garden is for free use.

Small double room in very quiet & cosy villa

16 minutes form Zurich center/lake (Stadelhofen/Bellevue) by bus/tram. In a quiet and cosy house with garden, a small double room is available (bed 140cm). There is only one bathroom to share. Parking is free after 8pm. From 8am till 8pm is free for 3 hours with parking disk. Rotate the disc to the next half hour. If you arrive at 10:10 AM, rotate it to 10:30 AM. Sunday is always free.

This used to be the Library in this old Villa on Zurichberg at Toblerplatz. It was recently renovated and made in to a pleasant and bright bedroom with a single bed which can be pulled out to become a double bed.
