We absolutely loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, clean, and so thoughtfully designed—it felt like a true home away from home. The unit had everything we needed, especially the fully equipped kitchen which made it easy to cook breakfast each morning. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and loved being able to walk to a different local restaurant each night for dinner. The location was perfect—peaceful, convenient, and surrounded by tropical charm. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Julie's place was exactly as shown on the listing. It is in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful views from the balcony. The parking was a little challenging at first because it is a one way and you have to back into the spots but I eventually got the hang of it. There is a beautiful pool on site that was never too crowded and a few local restaurants and small grocery market within walking distance. A car is definitely recommended though to explore the island. Julie was always prompt in responding and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Sabrina is beautiful inside and out. I felt safe with her and her husband. They are kind, peaceful and is available to assist when needed. I was advised not to stay at an Airbnb since I'm traveling solo. I am glad I didn't listen because I felt right at home. I am ready to go back St. Maarten and would definitely stay at Sabrina's again. The location is peaceful. The bedroom has dark curtains which makes the room cozy for a late morning sleep. I will recommend Sabrina's to anyone visiting St. Maarten 💕

From thoughtful local recommendations to personalized touches throughout our stay, his hospitality truly stood out. The location was perfect, and the space was just as described—clean, well-equipped, and relaxing. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saint Martín. This is my sick time on the island, but my first time staying on the front side. After staying at Eddy’s place, I am not staying anywhere else on my yearly visit in Saint Martin. do not second-guess yourself, just book Eddy’s place.

This accommodation is a real little cocoon, ideally located in the heart of the island. It is very well equipped: full kitchen, linen, towels, cooler, toiletries, washing machine, iron… everything is there to make you feel at home. And what to say about the view? It is beautiful, with breathtaking views of Friar's Bay. Having only exchanged with Hubert, he was a great host who lived up to the recommendations previously made about him.

I had a wonderful time staying at Hugo’s property. He and his wife made me feel very welcome, and they were always helpful when I needed assistance, such as renting a car. The location was perfect—it was close to shops, restaurants, and beaches, and I wasn’t too far from the SXM festival I attended. Thank you for hosting me, and I will definitely return to SXM in the future because I enjoyed my stay at your property.
