Our second time here. Great spot for our family of 4, and Sandy is very responsive

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

Rick's House (Hemlock House) was a wonderful getaway! We unfortunately didnt hit the best weather but the house was perfect for a cool and rainy long weekend both indoors and out. The open first floor with huge kitchen was great for hanging out and cooking with alot of cozy nooks to read and relax. There was a lot of various outdoor spaces and decks to lounge on as well and the hot tub was perfect for the cooler cloudy weather. The bedrooms were all comfy and each room having its own bathroom was another plus. We all loved the sounds of the creek and being able to walk around the trails in the back. The House is in a fantastic location - only 10 minutes from Rhinebeck which has everything you need and is great for walking around, shopping and dining. Rick was informative and provided a great guidebook with clear instructions and local resources and recommendations. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

What a delightful stay! Heidi was so kind and accommodating and her house was beautiful with all the amenities we needed . Perfect for the quiet space we needed for a work retreat - minutes into the quaintest little towns, restaurants, cafes , bars and lovely walking trails along the canal. Pool and garden are lovely too!! Would love to return !

Obsessed with this Airbnb! My husband, dog and I typically go to upstate NY or the Berkshires for long weekends but I came across this Airbnb as I had an event in westchester over the long weekend. Highly recommend! So much hiking, wonderful restaurants and so close to the city. My dog loved this property as well! Will be back.

Great value within 10 minutes of Main Street in Narrowsburg. Perfect for kids who want their own space, with a proper suite for the parents. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the super-clean bathrooms, and the comfortable beds.

I am in two minds about what to write in this review. On one hand, this property is truly mind blowing. It has been designed beautifully indoors and there is so much attention to detail. And then, the view…I’ve traveled a lot and the view blew my mind. On the other hand, I’m not sure I want too many other people to know about this gem..because I want to come back. And I am hoping this review doesn’t make that more difficult.

The space was exactly as-advertised in the pictures: well-kept and well-appointed, located in a serene and peaceful location in the countryside. Check-in and check-out were very simple, and we had everything we need for our stay including a useful guide to the home and some local activities. The home itself was a great blend of rustic and modern and had more amenities than we could imagine. We especially appreciated the spacious, warm, and well-equipped kitchen. Definitely worth staying if you are looking for a getaway to the Hudson River Valley!

Every single detail has been carefully considered—from the beautifully designed interior to the incredibly functional layout and thoughtful amenities. It’s clear that a lot of heart and intention went into creating this space. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bed was super comfortable, and the little touches (like quality toiletries, snacks, and so many appliances) made it feel more like a boutique hotel than an Airbnb. The VIEW, lighting, decor, and atmosphere made it instantly feel like home, and I found myself wishing I could stay longer. Arlo was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and you can tell he really wants you to feel right at home. This is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended!

Charming Victorian home perfect for stays of any length. We found the spacious, spotless interior and period details instantly welcoming. The location is fantastic — everything you need is an easy walk or quick drive away. A classic front porch adds an inviting spot to sit and watch the world go by. All in all, a cozy, convenient home base for any trip.

We enjoyed our short stay in Piermont. We did a few walks into town to enjoy a few shops and restaurants and lovely view of the new Tappan Zee Bridge. Carolyn was a responsive host and the accommodations were nice, comfortable and clean!

Loved staying here, Fanny was very responsive. The house is so spacious. My girls and I had a blast!

Just as described, André’s place is a lovely well furnished cottage with an especially comfortable bed in a very private, quiet setting. We hope it will be available the next time we are in the area.

From the moment we secured our reservation Mordechai and his co-host were extremely helpful. checking in was a breeze. This home was pristine. So many amenities not mentioned. Amazing espresso bar with all the fixings. Constant communication from the start to finish of our stay. Very nice community. Vineyard less than 10 mins away. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying here was perfect for us as a family with two very young kids. There is plenty of space and a beautiful garden and patio area. We were able to park the car in a dedicated space which brought us straight onto main street. We had a gorgeous coffee shop on our doorstep where we got our tasty breakfast treats, and there are so many lovely spots to eat just a stones throw away. Highly recommend the Piermont Creamery for ice cream! We were there every afternoon! We stayed in Piermont before and it’s such a peaceful and friendly town. Mekdem was so responsive with all our questions and again herself and Skip were such lovely hosts. The house had everything we needed which was great just open the door and make ourselves at home. Highly recommend!

Everything was great

One of the cooler homes we’ve stayed in through Airbnb. Rob’s home was immaculate and well-appointed; the location couldn’t be better. We slept with the windows and doors open, utilizing the phantom screens, to listen to the gentle rolling falls outside. Incredible!

Mixing business with pleasure, we prefer to stay in an Airbnb versus hotel. Jack’s place offered us the home away from home we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and the home was nice and clean. After a days work, we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. Looking forward to the next trip.

Staying at Jo's place was an absolute pleasure. The house itself was just as described and sits in a cozy area steps from Greenwood Lake. My fiance and I spent a week there and honestly felt as if it could be our second home. There was plenty to do at the lake where we swam, paddle boarded, and kayaked all around the beautiful water. Jo made sure that life jackets were provided for us and that they were the appropriate size which was incredibly thoughtful. She also gave us lots of recommendations for local places to eat and to see which was also very nice. Communication with her was top notch and was always comfortable. We will absolutely consider coming back to her beautiful home.

Absolutely beautiful stay, Brian is an amazing host and went above and beyond with instructions and helped whenever needed. Their place is located in such a beautiful area, it is quiet and within 10 min drive to stores. The space is very clean and organized. My guests and I felt right at home.

We were in the area for a wedding and the location was perfect for us. It served the purpose for our family and was cozy and had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful. Would absolutely recommend these folks.
