The same path will lead you to the village, to several nodes of hiking trails, to the information center of the Forests of the Czech Republic, to the shop (270 m), to the restaurant (315 m) and to the children's playground (230 m).

We offer you a beautiful cottage in complete privacy surrounded by nature. The cottage is located in Malé Kyšice with a large garden, a stream lining the garden and a sauna. One person can sleep on the leather sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a large fridge with a freezer. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
