Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rains County

This was a very clean and tidy place. It was exactly as pictured. When we had a question about the apartment, Steven replied quickly. The only thing that was a minor problem were the stairs up to the apartment. The short distance to Canton was a plus. The park was right outside the door. Great place to walk the dog! Would definitely recommend this place!

We were very pleased with our 6 night stay. Our GPS took us right there but we were also given clear written directions. Any questions we had were promptly answered . The apartment complex borders on the city park which gave us privacy and a quiet environment . Our little dog had a great area to have daily walks. The apartment looked just like the pictures and had all the comforts of home. We really liked having a laundry available to us in the building as well. We could continue our travels with clean clothes. That was so convenient. We had a great stay . We highly recommend this Airbnb.

We only stayed overnight but the place was as expected from the listing description and pictures. It was very clean and appointed in such a way that felt put together but also not cluttered. It’s like if the clean girl aesthetic was an apartment. Did a little cooking and the kitchen had essentials in place, but wasn’t heavily stocked. Good for light cooking but probably not for anything more ambitious. The beds were comfortable, I appreciated how clean the floors, bathrooms and beds were. Everything was quite clean, those are just my top priority items. Good communication from the owners as we were approaching check in. He was proactive and I didn’t have to reach out for any of the info, it was very clear. Didn’t have any issues or get to use the pool, but it was a good experience.

This was a wonderful experience. The home is beautiful and the location is lovely. Bill is a great communicator and we felt very welcome. I highly recommend this location.

Just back from spending a wonderful weekend with my sister in Lindale, Texas. The unit we stayed in was exactly as Brandon described. The unit was clean . We felt very comfortable and safe in this area . The beds were exceptionally comfortable . I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to spend some time in Lindale.

Beyond my expectations! This is a once in a lifetime find of a gem. From the host to the destination, you will not be disappointed. The hospitality is akin to a book - you know the ones you read and say to yourself, "I wish that type of place exited!". It all began with Bill. He checked on the progress of our journey to Mineola, Tx which completely surprised me. He was there when we arrived, helped to get us into our room, and - best of all- he gave us a guided tour and history of the property. Guys, there is so much detail, thought, and comfort that goes into this magical place. Talk about exotic, rich, and comfortable! Never ever would I have thought my weekend would be so relaxing and thrilling all that the same time. We even had the pleasure of sharing some amazing rescue pups that make your stay feel like home - no, they do not enter your lodgings. In the words of my teenage daughter, "It is perfect!" I would stay here over and over! Don't miss out on your chance of a lifetime!

Melanie’s peaceful retreat was exactly what we needed while visiting family because of a family member’s passing. Melanie couldn’t have been more accommodating or kind through the whole process from start to finish. Her communication prior exceeds expectations. Check in was easy and the home is exactly as described. We loved mornings on the peaceful porch and the tranquil sunsets are special. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a family meal. We will be back to visit family and we have found our home away from home thanks to Melanie’s amazing hospitality!

House is wonderful with clean, open spaces! Plenty of backyard space. I really enjoyed the enclosed porch and hubby enjoyed the covered dock. Windy weather was not very cooperative, but still caught some fish. Jessica is an Awesome Hostess! She is super attentive and responsive. She provided suggestions and answered questions. Really enjoyed relaxing at her house! Can't wait to go back! Definitely recommend this Airbnb lake front property!

Absolutely loved it . The lake was beautiful, the house looked perfect, very clean , looked exactly like the pictures , Muoi was super friendly . Love Muoi’s place and will definitely come back soon !!!

We enjoyed our stay here, it was very quiet and peaceful. There was lots of wildlife from Black Squirrels, Deer, Ducks and a large group of Pelicans. The home was furnished with lots of supplies. The Dock was just perfect, large enough for all 8 of us. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed fishing and boating.

David and Chelsea's home was fantastic!!Great location, beautiful, and convenient. we went for a guided fishing trip and this place could not have been more perfect. As hosts Chelsea was on top of any questions and instructions were clear and very helpful. Looking forward to the opportunity of staying here again in the future.

We had the most incredible stay at this lake house. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings, beautiful lake views, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. Waking up to the sunrise over the water and enjoying coffee on the deck was a daily highlight. We spent our days kayaking, grilling, and playing endless games in the amazing game garage. The host was responsive, kind, and clearly takes great pride in making sure guests have a memorable stay. If you're looking for a serene escape with all the comforts of home and more, book this place. We are already talking about coming back next year.

Fantastic stay for a wedding weekend! Was very comfortable for 3 couples. We all had our own bathroom and a great living and dining area to accommodate all of us. Liz was very responsive and you can tell she is a host that goes the extra mile! Would recommend for anyone in East Texas.

The home was beautiful and spacious. Joanna was very accommodating before and during our stay and was flexible allowing us to check in a day early due to less desirable conditions at our motel. The dock and boat launch were very convenient. Joanna had the home equipped with supplies for convenience (tooth brushes, paste, soaps, coffee).
