Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage war sehr gut.

El alojamiento está muy bien localizado, en una zona tranquila pero con fácil acceso a todo: calles peatonales, estacionamiento cercano y varios supermercados. El apartamento estaba impecable a la llegada, muy limpio y equipado con muchas comodidades que hicieron nuestra estancia muy confortable. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos y volveríamos a hospedarnos allí.

Appartement très fonctionnel, propre , agréable très bien situé, proche de tous commerces. Petits défauts : les chambres donnent dans la rue principale donc assez bruyante (normal mais nous ne sommes pas habitués !!), les volets n’occultent pas et le matelas trop mou à notre goût bien sûr. L’accès à l’appartement est pratique grâce au système de boîte à clés. On a pu se garer dans la rue principale sans difficulté et gratuitement mais la période s’y prêtait surement. L’agence est très réactive s’il y a un problème, on peut les joindre facilement par message. Pour info : Ne pas hésiter à faire plusieurs petites supérettes car les prix varient beaucoup d’une à l’autre. La région est superbe, il y a fort à faire s’il l’on veut. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et pourrions revenir avec plaisir.

Everything was very lovely and nice. Location was perfect, close to restaurants, literally a minute from the beach, view on the beach. The apartment was very clean and tidy - we felt like at home. The only small downside was that all air conditioning wasn't very clean and smelled - it needed a deep clean. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you :)

Sehr nett und direkt. Es gab zwar kleine Komplikationen bei der Stromrechnung, aber diese wurden schnell besprochen und geklärt. Liebend gerne wieder in dieser Unterkunft.

Der Hausbesitzer war freundlich, hilfsbereit, sehr gut erreichbar und probleme wirde sofort gelöst! Darüber waren wir dankbar. Der Umschwung wurde in der Woche in der wir da waren vom Hausbesitzer gepflegt (Pool, Rasen, Terasse). Die Lage ist in einem einheimischen Quartier und die Umgebung ist wunderschön und ruhig. Die Busstation ist nahe, wobei die Preise zum Beispiel nach Palma teurer sind als mit dem Taxi (vorallem für grosse Gruppen). Auch praktisch mit einem Mietauto oder Rollern etc erreichbar. Die Küche ist mit genügend Utensilien ausgestattet um im Haus zu kochen. Es sind reichlich Duschtücher vorhanden. Küchenlappen wären ein paar mehr sinnvoll.

In dieser Finca befinden sich drei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen :-)

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus auf Mallorca war wunderbar! Das Haus selbst ist wirklich schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert.

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern dort und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Haus mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Mit dem Auto kann man von dort aus viele Ausflüge machen, auch der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

This is a lovely holiday home in the countryside right outside Palma. The house is across the street from a bus stop which makes getting into Palma very easy and taxis would still also drive out to this location too. There’s a little cafe and restaurant across the street. The house is spacious and unique. Both bathrooms are downstairs so be aware for people in the two rooms upstairs. Kitchen has the basic necessities and it was easy to make meals. The hosts were extremely responsive to inquires and few issues (WiFi and hot water) right at the start of our stay which were immediately resolved and then we had no other issues the rest of the trip. Be aware that tourist tax is collected in cash at the start of your visit and there was also a cash payment for electricity use on the last day.

Supermysigt hus med privat och avskild innergård med stora ytor och charmiga växter. Huset var väldigt välstädat och vackert dekorerat. Det fanns allt man behövde. Ägaren Marc mötte upp oss i huset och han hade fyllt kylen med kall dryck, köpt shampoo, tvål mm så vi behövde inte handla mer än mat. Han gav oss en god kaka som välkomstpresent och gav oss rekommendationer på restauranger. Bilen gick enkelt att parkera på gatan precis utanför huset, ingen kostnad. Platsen är alldeles perfekt, gå höger och du har vackra bondgårdar och naturlandskap alldeles runt knuten. Gå vänster och du har en jättebra SPAR supermarket med allt du kan tänkas behöva. Det är också ett perfekt läge för att göra utflykter på ön. En timme till magiska Soller i bergen, en halvtimme till charmiga Porto Cristo och ca 45 min upp till Alcudia. Vi gjorde utflykter varje dag men njöt också i den härliga poolen!! Det var kallt i slutet av oktober men var ändå badbart för oss svenskar!!
