Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Very nice 13th century tower.

This accommodation has a lot of history since construction dates back the 13th century. After some work to bring it back to the new taste, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. On the ground floor you will find a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Our former presbytery is located in a very small village in the Perche Sarthois, two hours from Paris. Built mostly in the 18th century, it was enlarged in 1860. Completely and recently renovated, it has lost neither its charm nor its soul. It has a secure and heated swimming pool and a large 3000 m2 wooded garden divided into several spaces. The house is certified "3-star furnished tourist accommodation"

"Chez Mémé Caillou" is a recently renovated independent old house, with a warm interior, with a plot of 250 square meters to enjoy the terrace and sunbathing on sunny days.
