There is one large bedroom upstairs with a King bed and a second queen bed downstairs. ( suitable for couples, small adult groups and children over 12 ) Soak up the peaceful ambience in our beautiful wood-fired hot tub or go for a short walk to our lovely creek where our pet eels are plentiful and enjoy being hand fed.

Historic Pear Tree Unit is on our farm and welcomes all travellers who want to relax in a rural environment but only 8kms from Raglan. This is a self contained unit with parking at the door. Parking for boat trailers if required and tips on fishing spots gladly provided. The unit is neat as a pin, has a smart TV with Netflix and Wifi. Lovely kitchen with coffee, tea, milk, bread, 3 types of cereals, butter, jam and vegemite ; fridge/freezer, microwave, electric frying pan and bench top oven

Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

We have a lovely, spacious one bedroom Apartment, with large shower and separate toilet, in the lovely quiet and safe village of Te Kowhai, with a Café, Dairy, Fruit/Vegetable and Fish and Chip shop, all within a 2 minute walk. The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.

Hart Farm B&B - No Cleaning Fee

Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern and was brand new in 2019. There is a covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Or you can chill out in your own private outdoor area with a glass of wine, and watch water views filling the horizon. Only 2 minutes by car, or about a 20minute walk to cafes, beaches and the shops. Pippi cat extends a welcoming paw to you, although she can be shy to show herself.
