Sehr gute Autobahn- und Bus-/Bahnanbindung und Vennbahnradweg. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!

Spaziergänge im Schnee und die wohlige Wärme im Häuschen sorgen für Entspannung & Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer lädt der Badesee mit Strand zum Schwimmen & Wassersport ein. Es gibt keinen direkten Seeblick (Bäume davor), doch der wundervolle Viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar (100m), wo man nachts die Sterne ungestört beobachten kann.

Das Haus bietet auf ca. 36 qm Platz für zwei Personen. Durch das offene Wohnkonzept hat man von überall einen sagenhaften Ausblick in die Natur, nur das Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC ist mit einer Tür getrennt. Vom Wohn- Schlafzimmer betritt man die Terrasse. Rursee, Hohe Venn und das schöne Monschau sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Breinig ist ein Stadtteil der Kupferstadt Stolberg. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn Sie familiär und ruhig zu gleich wohnen möchten. Die 60 qm Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain unseres Hauses - ist jedoch auf Grund der großen Fenster sehr hell und einladend. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang mit kleinem Innenhof, der natürlich mit benutzt werden kann. Um die Abendsonne zu genießen steht ein Gartentisch und 4 Stühle zur Verfügung. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen.
