Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rae Parish

The apartment looks and feels brand new. Everything is very clean. Even the dishes and utensils are nice and new. We did not understand how the tv works but it wasn’t that important. We had bit of an inconvenience with the noise from the construction site but the host solved it very professionally.

Mari’s place had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The space was aesthetically pleasing and the design details were on point. The location was great, quiet area, 30 min walk to the Old Town. We really enjoyed our stay and Mari was a great host!

We were so pleased to find this place. Kristjan was easy to connect with and was very responsive about any questions we may have had - there weren't too many as all the instructions were also very clear. The apartment is convenient whether you would like to walk or take public transit, it is on a bigger street so there is naturally some street noise, but when windows are closed, it is not an issue at all. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance, the parking garage was a huge bonus as we had rented a car for part of our stay. It is also very close to the airport and bus terminal and easy access to all the bigger highways. The apartment itself has such a great layout and was very clean and very well equipped - you will have everything you need for a lovely stay. I also very much appreciated all the instruction manuals for the appliances :). I would recommend Kristjan's place to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, beautiful and well located place in Tallinn.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was very convenient with a direct tram to the city center, a large shopping mall and grocery stores just nearby. It was also within walking distance to both the airport and the waterfront, which was a nice bonus. The apartment itself was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and exactly as shown in the listing. It was a really pleasant surprise to find a bottle of champagne in the fridge - a lovely touch from the hosts! Communication was smooth and quick throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

I booked Mariio’s apartment for almost a month, and my primary concern was whether it would be warm enough due to the cold weather in Tallinn during winter. To my delight, the apartment exceeded my expectations, especially the fireplace, which I enjoyed immensely. The heated floor made a significant difference during the coldest days. Additionally, the apartment was clean, tidy, and free from disturbances. It was well-equipped with essentials such as laundry detergents, trash bags, food containers and whatnot. The convenience of a washing machine with a built-in dryer was a time-saver. Mariio proved to be an excellent host—responsive and friendly. My winter holidays were truly enjoyable, and I would rate Mariio’s place 10 out of 10 for being child-friendly, homey, warm, well-equipped, and in a great location. This is an amazing house. We stayed there with 2 small kids and the house has everything you need! crib,high chair, toys and a wonderful garden we loved the place and the comunication with the host was always great ! thank you for everything ❤️

Great stay! The place was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to heat the outdoor hot tub (it takes about 6 hours), so we couldn’t use it — but everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at a fantastic townhouse property with our family of four, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The townhouse was impeccably clean, well-stocked, and incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We particularly enjoyed spending quality family time in the sauna and on the outdoor patio, which featured a brand new grill that we used for some memorable BBQ nights. The location was perfect—just a short walk/drive to the beach and conveniently close to the city, allowing us to explore the best of both worlds. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family vacation. We’re already looking forward to coming back for another stay! Highly recommended!

Great host and communication. Apartment is large with nice sound system and living room and 2 bedrooms. The third room and kitchen are not as nice. The location is great and the evenings did not seem loud although the apartment is in old town of Tallinn.

We had a great short term vacation in this stunning apartment. The view is rellay nice and the interior superb. Maria is a very lovely host and in case of questions she answered within minutes. You have an own parking space in the garage, and with a car you can reach every spot in Tallinn in under 30 minutes. Highly recommended apartment for a Tallinn city trip.

A very spacious, very clean apartment with perfect location above the shopping center and large balcony to explore the city from there. Kyllike responds very quickly and helpful with questions. Only the sink in the bathroom could be a little bigger. And the door handle for the balcony fell for us a few times - with all the positive sides, but that was easy to cope with, we would definitely come back:)

We had a great stay at this beautiful apartment, it was spotless, spacious with everything you would need.Great shower & v comfortable beds. It was in a great location. Just to note its on the 4th floor,no lift so lots of steps, which wasn't an issue for us !
