It’s the ideal spot for a getaway for families and groups of friends, offering safety and privacy within a fully fenced area. The interior of the house is cozy and functional, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The ground floor is designed for comfort, offering a spacious living area with a kitchenette equipped with a large fridge, gas stove, coffee maker, and kettle, making meal preparation easy. Guests have at their disposal two bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, ensuring high-quality rest, and a bathroom with a shower, digital TV with a decoder, and a mini stereo system, providing a homely atmosphere and entertainment. The outdoor space is an oasis for relaxation and active recreation. We offer a large, secure garden covering 800 m2, fully enclosed by a fence, ideal for guests with dogs. The property features a covered terrace with garden furniture and a grill, a hammock, a swing, and a firepit area, ensuring everyone finds something enjoyable. Access to the lake is just 200 meters away, and the direct vicinity of the forest invites for walks and outdoor activities.
