This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. The place is really very nice. It is tastefully decorated and has loving additional treats, such as small utensils in the bathroom and welcome drinks. We felt very comfortable right away. The kitchenette has everything you need. As a surprise, the landlord even provided us with bicycles, which we could use well on site. There are blinds against the sun that do not let the sun and heat in. You can also ventilate well at night. The landlords are super nice and accommodating. Thank you, we had a great time

We had the pleasure of spending the last few days in this great Airbnb apartment and it was just perfect! The apartment is not only clean and stylish, but also offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal – quiet yet central, so you can quickly reach all the important sights. Linda was very helpful at all times and immediately made sure that the Internet connection was stable. Since I combined work & vacation on the first day, this was indispensable for me. The communication was friendly and uncomplicated at all times. Small highlights: ✔️ Super comfortable bed ✔️ Fully equipped kitchen ✔️ Separate office Conclusion: Absolute recommendation! We highly recommend this place. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Our short break at Oliver and Ines' was really nice and relaxing. The hosts are very warm and have personally helped us with all concerns. The apartment was modern and beautifully decorated. It is perfect for vacationing with a toddler (and children). We highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly return ourselves.

We were very happy with the place. In real life, it is even more beautiful than in the photos. The furnishings are great, we were impressed by the amount of kitchen appliances available. The area is quiet and familiar, Karin and Peter were extremely friendly and gave us valuable excursion tips. Also in terms of location, it was perfect: the accommodation is optimally located to reach both Mainau, Constance and the Rhine Falls in a relatively short time. We would book the place again anytime.

We stayed at the great place for 4 nights. We were greeted very nicely and the hosts were always available. We felt at home. The apartment is well equipped, there is no unnecessary stuff around, which we liked very much. Location was perfect for us. Konstanz, Radolfzell, Reichenau and Mainau all great and relatively quick to reach. Good public transport connection. We definitely recommend the apartment and will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!
