Everything was great, the place is exactly as described and the host was very responsive. Please pay attention to the location, the point in Airbnb was incorrect (the host sent the right one). One shower/toilet for 10 guests is a bit inconvenient, it would be great if there was another one.

The small guest house was exactly how I imagined. The whole premises is well maintained and with an eye for details. Next to wine, they grow fruits and having a lot of animals, which is just great for relaxation. Just behind the winery you will find access to a river. Try the restaurant and the wines, its really good!

Great guest house with a nice price. Communication with the hosts was pleasant and unobtrusive, the place was comfortable and clean. The location on the map is a little inaccurate, the house is towards the end of the village of Nikortzminda (on the left side, near the lake, which is located next to the exit to Ambrolauri). We will definitely stay again!
