Мы с друзьями останавливались в доме на 3 дня и остались очень довольны. Дом хорошо оборудован — есть все необходимое для готовки и прочего. Дом очень чистый. Стильный и красивый. Хозяйка вежливо общалась и была отзывчивой на любые наши просьбы. Спасибо огромное, мы были рады остаться!)

We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

Все было отлично, жилье полностью соответсвует описанию и хозяин был очень отзывчив. Обратите внимание на локацию, точка в Airbnb была указана не верно (хозяйка прислала верную). Один душ/туалет на 10 гостей немного неудобно, было бы здорово если бы был еще один.

Fast and smooth communication, clean space, amazing location. I cant even thank enough for such an amazing stay. Everything and even more than we needed was there. Especially the outside fireplace was a greatnesses. 100% recommend!

Отличный вариант для тихого семейного отдыха. Большой дом с большой, красивой территорией и нереальным видами. закрытый двор с парковкой. Всё намного лучше, чем на фото. Есть все необходимое для проживания ( посуда, ванные принадлежности, фен,тапочки и многое другое. Всё идеально чистое. К нашему приезду включили обогреватели , было очень комфортно . Обязательно вернёмся на более длительный срок. Спасибо хозяевам за такое жилье

Очень уютный дом с камином, где есть все необходимое. Большой набор посуды, три спальни, тёплые халаты, умывальные принадлежности, хороший напор воды и чудесный вид на горы. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

This was really good stay! The place is a two floor old Georgian house with garden in a small village on the hills of Racha. The interior of the house is authentic old for the house in the village, but in the great condition, everything is fully functional and the impression was just wow. Tbh I haven't seen a house in Georgian village in such a good condition and fully equipped, as this one. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and comfortable as well. The pictures missing the garden - bonfire place, grill, chaise loungers, beautiful view on the Rioni valley. Private parking place. Eugenia was extremely nice and caring, waited for our late arrival and helped with local tips. Around there are small and simple local sights - waterfalls, caves, walking paths. We had a walk to the waterfalls and even swam there. The path to the house ends with about 20 mins on the country rocky road, so if you are getting there with the city car, get ready for a shake. Definitely would stay again!

Все понравилось , рядом вход в Мартвильский каньен . Хозяин вечером помог сьездить за продуктами ( рядом все уже закрылось к вечеру ). Приятный звук водопада. маленький минус , который к дому не относиться , дорога рядом с домом немножко дикая , надеюсь правительство сделает дорогу новую к Каньену Мартвилли от дома

Very well equipped, clean and cozy apartment with an amazing view to the snow-capped mountains. The place is situated next to a river, the air is crystal clear. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had a very good time and definitely recommend the apartment.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern. Uns wurde weitergeholfen und wir haben auch viel mit dem Hund und den Kindern gespielt. Die Berge drum herum sind traumhaft! Klare Empfehlung!

დედამიწაზე თუ სადმე არის სამოთხე, ეს რაჭაა, ხოლო ამ სამოთხეში დასვენება თუ გინდათ, აუცილებლად ესტუმრეთ ანას. ანას კოტეჯები მდებარეობს საქართველოს და მისი ულამაზესი კუთხე რაჭის ერთ-ერთ გამორჩეულ ღირსშესანიშნაობა ნიკორწმინდის ტაძრიდან მანქანით 5 წუთის სავალზე. კოტეჯებიდან და ტერასიდან იშლება პანორამული ხედები ულამაზეს მთებზე. ანას და ილიას ბევრი აქვთ ნაფიქრი სტუმრების კომფორტზე, საცხოვრებელში, ლამაზ ეზოში და ეზოში არსებულ კაფეში შეხვდებით ბევრ საინტერესო და ხშირად სამუზეუმო ნივთსაც კი. იქვე არის კუთხე ბარბექიუსთვის. ცალკე აღსანიშნავია ტერასაზე განთავსებული ბასეინი, რაც კიდევ უფრო სასიამოვნოს ხდის იქ გატარებულ წუთებს. ანა და ილია ძალიან მეგობრულები და ყურადღებიანები არიან. ჩემი და ჩემი ოჯახისთვის დაუვიწყარი იქნება ამ სასტუმროში გატარებული დრო.

This place exceeded our expectations. There is a BEAUTIFUL canyon right below it. The house is on a property with a few others and has a restaurant which was so wonderful. We ate dinner and breakfast there. The bedding was comfy and we really enjoyed our short time there. Bring some snacks for the puppies! They were so cute and hung out with us on the hammocks.

Мы провели в данном доме прекрасные выходные и провели свадьбу. Всё даже лучше выглядит чем на фото. Дом, лес, уединение, воздух. Всё идеально. Хотелось остаться там навсегда
