Vacation rentals with beach access in Quy Nhon

The hostess is very cute and supportive. The cleaning ladies were also very thoughtful and cheerful. Clean and tidy I will definitely stay here when I come to Quy Nhon. Thank you c cute host, I wish you a happy, peaceful new year

As with all the beach towns in Vietnam, there has been steady development of high rise apartments and rental untils. This place was built in the last few years and has high end (comparatively) construction and amenities. Which makes staying here a really good deal. It was a little over $40 a night for 2br 2 bath in a nice place with great views. We didn't use the kitchen, but the combo washer/dryer was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool. The one down side is the location. Even though the building was minutes from the beach, it was in a less developed area so there was little street life around the building.

The 2 bedrooms apartment is clean, spacious and fully furnished. Convenient location, easy to move, around many delicious eateries. Friendly, responsive host. Very satisfied and will be back when I get a chance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are a family of 8 adults and fit Kim's place perfectly. My aunts could not climb the stairs, luckily there was a spare mattress on the 1st floor. Around the hhouse are many local eateries and it 's walking distance from the beautiful beach. Kim also helped us to book the transport to Nhơn Lí. Everything is clean and well maintained.

Nice & clean apartment, beautiful city & sea view - all you need at home. Quite closed to city center, but there’s many parking slot at late night, but you can ask the security for reserving.

Wow. Where do I start. We came on Valentine’s Day and he helped me prepare a wonderful dinner on the rooftop of the stay for me and my valentine. Extremely helpful, always responsive, couldn’t be better, stayed in room 301 , had an amazing view. Great room, great bathroom. Very worth the money. Walking distance to the owners restaurant as well as several others / coffee shops. Arranged moped rental and train station drop off with the owner as well without a hitch. Great place. Great host. Would recommend to anyone.

We were very lucky enough to spend a few days in this beautiful hotel and are still delighted! The location is simply unbeatable - central, but still quiet, so that you can explore both the city and the surroundings wonderfully. Architecturally, the hotel is a real highlight: Modern and stylish, but with a lot of attention to detail and a very special charm. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and offer all the comforts you could wish for. We would especially like to emphasise the hosts: Rarely have we experienced such warm, attentive and helpful people. They not only read every wish from our eyes, but also brought us closer to their culture with great pleasure - be it through personal conversations or tips on local sights. We felt completely comfortable and welcome and can recommend this hotel without reservation. Thank you for this wonderful experience – we will be happy to come back!

The thank you owner was waiting by the road and the house was in the alley and it was easy for us to travel by scooter.

we loved staying here for the almost 3 months we did. i believe i expressed most of my thoughts in a previous review, but to sum up: house is as described, & actually the rooms are nicer than the photos depict! it's right across the way from a very pretty cafe, & an entire street of cafes. pretty much everything is walkable! our hosts were the best part of this place! very kind, very responsive & helpful, & because they genuinely want to help, not just because they feel obligated. a few times they even came over to bring us some tasty foods without us even asking, all while keeping in mind that we are vegan. just a very thoughtful family. i am recommending their house to some of my friends that visit Quy Nhon! thank you again to our lovely hosts <3

Thanh's apartment is quite quiet security and clean. The reception guys are very nice, although the time here is short but if I have a chance I will come back

When I first booked airbnb, I didn't expect to get an apartment like this. The owner is extremely psychologically always, the room is clean and fragrant, full kitchen utensils, glass cleaner, mosquito repellent, body mist (may have been forgotten by previous guests) netflix tv, balcony with dark sea view to see tpho on the lamp pole chill. Oh k what's wrong with that? 10₫

Great place to stay! Vy Hieus husband picked us up at the bus station and showed us the apartment. Everything was clean and the kitchen had decent equipment. Two big beds which were very comfortable alogside with the quick and responsive communication made our stay perfect. We would stay again!

I have travelled a lot and used airbnb for years but this apartment is my most favorite so far. This is a must stay place when you visit Qui Nhon. The apartment is super clean with modern Western minimalist design, the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook your own meal. I was impressed with the rice cooker that they have. They stock everything you need from the shampoo to laundry detergent, you feel like home when you stay here. The view is stunning that you can see the bay on the back and the ocean from the front. A plus for a very convenient location, down the street only couple blocks you will find a local street food Phan Boi Chau that can feed your whole family full of flavors for less than $10. If you want to experience the local seafood market for fresh seafood, it is to your left for only 10mins walk. You can even walk to the main street Xuan Dieu with lots of seafood restaurants and full of entertainments at night like the bars, coffee shops, night park, etc, LOVE

- Location: ok , nice view to the sea, around convenient to eat 8/10 -The price: ok but not competitive 8/10 -Room: nice furnitures, amenities (missing few basic amenities) 9/10 -Host: enthusiastic, proactively ask for the request of guests 9/10

Nice comfortable place in a good location , close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and places. The host was quick to respond and solve any questions we had. Highly recommended.
