The house is situated on the lot to make pulling your boat through or parking it a breeze. This older, yet comfortable home, comes with all you need for a relaxing stay. Wifi is available throughout the house. You will have a fully-functional kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 different lounging areas, washer/dryer/ironing board and iron. Maybe I'm a little partial, but I really have to pinch myself when I go visit Callie's cottage. Imagine...a beautiful country road, quiet except for the occasional sound of a cow. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

Enjoy the cozy cottage, set in nature and perfect for a getaway. With one bedroom and a spacious loft for cuddling up or playing games with your loved one(s). Included is a nice front porch to enjoy nature and a full kitchen for your convenience. The Cottage is 15 minutes from downtown Lindale, 35 from Canton Trade Days and Tyler. There is a queen bed and 2 nice futons upstairs. There are two space space heaters, extra blankets, and two acs. The Cottage has everything you need.

My place is 6 miles east of Mineola, TX. Close to antique shopping, Mineola nature preserve, public lakes, 30 minutes to Canton First Monday trades days, and many other spotlights in East Texas. You’ll love my place because of the cozy, farmhouse atmosphere and country living. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Not suitable for kids or children, and I do not allow pets or animals of any kind on the property.
