This is the most beautiful place with incredible surroundings. So very peaceful and every detail has been thoughtfully planned. You could easily spend a week relaxing and exploring the area. The mountains and river below are amazing and the view from the rooftop is breathtaking. The owner brought us a basket of fresh fruits and tomatoes to enjoy- so very kind and special. We hope to come back here soon!!!!

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

An outdoor area features a stone facade, with wooden railings surrounding a spacious patio. Dining tables are arranged beneath a covered section, complemented by potted plants. Lush greenery and a distant view of hills enhance the secluded atmosphere. The space invites relaxation and gatherings.

Lucia è una host premurosa ed attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti! Ci siamo sentiti a casa. L’alloggio è caratteristico, curato, super pulito e offre la giusta privacy. Lo spazio esterno ti fa sentire fortunato di aver scoperto un luogo immerso nella natura a pochi minuti dal centro di Ascoli. Il nostro è stato un soggiorno purtroppo veloce, ma ci ha lasciato nel cuore la voglia di tornare alla casa sul fiume al più presto. Grazie ancora a Lucia e alla sua famiglia per la bellissima esperienza.

Das Appartement liegt wunderschön in einem großen Garten mit tollem großen Pool. Cecilia ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Sie umsorgt ihre Gäste und ist dabei immer sehr zurückhaltend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt, die Zimmer groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren zu viert und das hat sehr gut gepasst. Das Gebiet ist nicht nur zum wandern sondern auch für Mountain- und Gravelbiker perfekt.

Esperienza unica e travolgente! Ideale per passare una giornata lontano dalla città e a pieno contatto con la natura. La palafitta è un posto magico e incantato circondato dal verde dove è possibile osservare il paesaggio del bosco. L'interno della struttura è curato nei minimi particolari, una mini SPA con vasca Giapponese rende il soggiorno romantico e piacevole. La proprietaria Annalisa è super gentile e disponibile, pronta ad accogliere ogni richiesta. L'aperitivo con salumi e formaggi accompagnato dal loro vino è veramente spaziale! Abbiamo anche potuto mangiare la pizza del forno a legna della struttura, molto buona! Esperienza direi super e da rifare!

Wir waren 8 Tage zu Gast in Simones Haus. Gleich der Empfang durch ihn und Vincenzo war sehr herzlich. Beide haben uns alles Nötige zum Haus erklärt, was auch sehr übersichtlich auf einem Infoblatt nachzulesen war. Das Haus bietet einen hohen Komfort, die Küchenausstattung ist ausgezeichnet, Kaffee, Tee, Balsamico, Öl, Gewürze, Wasser … waren vorhanden, was wir sehr toll fanden. Im großen, gepflegten Garten gab es viele flexible Sitzmöglichkeiten mit einem schönen Blick ins Grüne. Die gesamte Gegend war wunderbar und üppig grün. Auf unsere Bitte gab uns Simone viele sehr gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurantempfehlungen, die wir gerne genutzt und genossen haben. Direkt im 3 km entfernten Venarotta können wir die einfache Pizzeria Arcobaleno mit sehr netten Inhabern und überwiegend ortsansässigen Gästen empfehlen. Simone und Vincenzo waren sehr nette, verlässliche und dezente Gastgeber. Wir können sie und ihr Haus jederzeit empfehlen.
