The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

We stayed 4 nights and the house is very comfortable, as shown in the photos and in the description, the patio is wonderful, we enjoyed the gazebo, sauna, jacuzzi and pool.

The apartment is very cozy, ideal for resting and enjoying the relaxing views. Communication with the host was very smooth, he responded very quickly and was always attentive.

As always, the stay was very good. As it was colder this time, the stove works perfectly. It is an ideal place to unwind. Everything is nice, especially the patio and kitchen-dining room.

If I had to describe my stay, it was excellent. The apartment is very nicely located, very clean and has everything to feel at home. I want to especially highlight Ceila, as she was an excellent host with us. He advised and helped us whenever we needed it. In addition, he was flexible with us regarding check-in and check-out. The place: excellent location and wonderful view. I especially value that I have linen towels and bathing things like shampoo and soap, a nice touch. The house is beautiful, well equipped, and great for a group. The house is located on a hill which gives you a wonderful view of the beach and the sound of the ocean was very relaxing. The kitchen is open and was used quite a bit during our stay along with the grill. The complimentary bottles of wine and bowl of fruit was a very nice and unexpected touch. The house is large enough to have a group in the family areas and also gives individuals space away from the group. Tatiana was very attentive before we arrived at the home and until we departed. She is a genuinely nice and inviting individual. She made the transition into and out of the house very easy. We had a great stay!

A very special place is Chisthian's villa in Valpo. Extraordinary views and a real sense of history. A villa on a generous scale and with plent of space for large parties. Chirsthian is a kind, knowledgeable and thoughtful host - and his house has real soul. Can't recommend highly enough!
