The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

I'm in love with this apartment and (wish I could say that) I will be moving in next week. The location is fantastic, very walkable with lots of restaurants, bars, and transit nearby. The home is beautifully decorated and has amenities you would have if you lived there (a water jug dispenser, tea selection, extra towels, etc). Paz was very responsive when I had questions, the doorman was helpful when we couldn't figure out where to find the apartment key, and her house manual was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santiago. The cons are very minimal, but will share here so you are aware: the shower head needs replacing (water comes out at a trickle), the bedroom floor is very squeaky, and the bed is both squeaky and sinks in the middle so it's a bit difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Local recommendations would also be nice (or even a crowd-sourced guide that visitors could add to. Don't wait, book today! :D

This is a beautiful apartment close to a number of coffee, shops and restaurants. The Neighbourhood feels very safe and welcoming. Our host welcomed us in person when we first arrived and gave us a great tour of the apartment, which is absolutely gorgeous. Their number of personal touches which shows how much attention was put into its design. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Santiago.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. Our stay as a couple was wonderful. Mirza was very kind and quick to communicate, made us feel very safe with very clear instructions. Check-in and entry and exit from the building work very well, with 24-hour doormen and an apartment door with a code. The apartment is very clean, practical and well located. Great place to make a home office, great internet. The apartment is in a very central, safe and quiet area, close to good places like Lastarria Neighborhood and Patio Bellavista. We'll be back again!

The apartment is very well equipped, in good condition and very clean, the location is central, there were no annoying noises in the place and the elevator is fast, the concierges are very attentive and it provides a sense of security.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!
