The accommodation is spacious, the bedding very comfortable. The linen provided is sufficient for a week. The location is perfect for visiting Dinan, Dinard and other sites. Lots of hiking suggestions to do within 15 km of the accommodation which is nice. Laurent is a discreet host and available for any information Great stay.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

We felt right at home at your beautiful Cocon, which is located in a quiet area and is very loving and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the cozy living room and the full equipped kitchen. Checking in was very convenient and communication very well. We had a great time and would be happy to come back one day.

We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening we are comfortably seated inside… to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

Very nice, very bright and very spacious cottage. Very comfortable. A very nice atypical and very nice garden. Close to the historic center that can be reached on foot. Close to shops. I would highly recommend this cottage. We want to come back.

pleasant little studio located in the heart of the historic city. but reserved for people with good mobility because access to the top floor is quite sporty which I personally had no problem with.

This is the most beautiful little apartment. It is so tastefully decorated and has everything one would need for a short stay. Don’t be deceived by the slightly tired appearance of the entrance and very steep steps to reach the 2nd floor. Once stepping into the apartment we were completely bowled over by the finish and attention to detail. The view is just incredible. It was magical to watch the river scenery throughout the different times of day from the 3 living room windows overlooking the river. The dark blinds and sliding bedroom door turned the sleeping space into a quiet, dark and private space. Great for a relaxing lie in. Everything was spotlessly clean & beds and sofas most comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment and Valerie was a perfect host. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, well-organized and spotlessly clean apartment. The warm welcome and thoughtful tips about the area made us feel right at home. Dinan is an absolute gem – full of charm and a perfect base for long, scenic walks. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

We immediately felt comfortable in the cozy apartment! Check-in was flexible and easy. Florence was always available, but also proactively asked if we needed anything else. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden, where we had breakfast almost every day. The apartment has a great location in the center of town, which is beautiful. We had a great vacation and can absolutely recommend the apartment.

We highly recommend Didier’s flat and the neighbourhood. Didier was responsive and helpful with our questions and easy to get in touch with. Great stay at Zabeth and Pascal's. Nice personal reception, with explanation of the excellent equipment and the area. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. Therefore, it is very quiet in the street and no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience, the terrace is overlooked but overall we are very satisfied!

Very close to Dinan, Séverine's accommodation is impeccable with beautiful decor. The park is very quiet and the common room is very pleasant, very well-equipped for a good time (games, aperitif, reading, etc.). The spa is the little extra after a day of walking. I highly recommend this relaxing place.

we had a very pleasant stay, the apartment was very clean, well-equipped, well-located (900 m from the beach) and safe place...bakery, shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc. in the street...free parking... i recommend it.
