the best apartment I've ever stayed in xela. beautifully decorated. very functional and fair. the necessary furniture, accessories and utensils. An excellent selection of books, the light in all the rooms is very nice. the bed is fabulous! enough blankets and everything is extremely clean. Thank you so much for the experience. It will be my only choice in Xela to stay.

Nefrita is really a sweetheart. I was sick for a lot of my stay but she was very accommodating. The location sucks but that is not her fault. Lots of construction which my lungs were not liking. But Nefrita and her family were so kind. Her little dogs are amazing as well.

Everything is clean, the house is very nice and the service is excellent. We only had a water leak in the kitchen but nothing that affected the stay. Apart from that, everything was totally fine.

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a more relaxed stay. The view of San Pedro from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! I ended up spending more time at the unit in the hammock for that reason. There is no A/C (as most accommodations in the area) but you can leave the windows open to cool down at night (I didn’t have any insect problems during my stay). The unit is situated between San Pedro and San Juan so you’ll have easy access to both areas via tuktuk. San Pedro is a loud nightlife area so bring ear plugs (also what other guests have mentioned in their reviews so I was aware when I had booked this). I’m not sure if there are any other spots that you could get the same view without the noise. The unit is outside of the main busy areas so there aren’t any restaurants nearby but it’s really easy to grab a tuktuk right out front for very little (10-15 GTQ). Clemente was also very kind and very responsive. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe staying here.
