Beautiful house with an even better landscaped garden with a pool. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were problems with the hot water, but the host reacted quickly. Christian is polite, kind and communicative and responds quickly to all inquiries.

Excellent place to disconnect with friends, very well connected and the house is perfect, spacious, comfortable, new bathrooms and with facilities in perfect condition. And the host was very nice explaining all the rooms in the house. Thanks Sergio!!!

I stayed at many Airbnbs, but Dominika's place really stood out. My partner and I stayed at Dominika's for a couple of days, working remotely, and her place had everything we needed and more. Dominika pays super attention to even the smallest details, and her mom who met us when we arrived immediately made us feel at home (even if we had a bit of a language barrier). The place is exactly as described and seen in the pictures, spacious, and cosy at the same time. Great to work (two desks in separate rooms) and relax (massive couch), with plenty of light, and an easy walking distance from the beach, shops, and all the restaurants in Los Narejos. Loved the extra touch of snacks corner too ;) I would absolutely recommend!

We had five wonderful days in this house, we wish we were more, the house was like in the pictures,clean, tidy, comfortable with a beautiful clean pool,everything is very nicely organized. The hosts are always available and at your service. They would like to have restaurants a little closer but that didn't spoil our stay and I really recommend this house. Next time my stay will be long. Thanks

Place was lovely and spotless, had everything you could think of in the place, secure and safe. Quiet neighbour hood. Car needed if you want to visit other towns within half hour to hour main cities such as Alicante. 2minute drive for closer supermarket, Aldi was a 8min drive, 4min drive for fuel. Everything local which was good. Amazing heating cooling pool, ac was needed in the house as it was 30s outside, tv and soundbar awesome. No issues only wish we could stay longer. Luiz friendly nice chap came down explained everything, messaged response quickly and also told us if we had any issues he lived 5minutes down the road. Hopefully see you soon, thanks

A well-located apartment, with garage a few minutes walk away. Close to the beach on foot. Elevator. Small balcony terrace that overlooks the neighbors but which is nice for breakfast. Lack of privacy as no window curtains. Air conditioning (and it is essential when it is very hot as in summer for example). We spent a few nights in this apartment. We will come back. Mari Carmen is very accommodating and very flexible for check-ins and/or checkouts.

everything perfect. apartment in a quiet area with everything you need to spend a few days. the beach just crossing the street. the pool saves you when there is red flag if you have children. and the garage is also a great addition.

everything was very good as appropriate in the photos clear very friendly and above all it is for travel and rest there are many things to do and the very top 100% recommended installation to go as a couple and rest a little is an area that there is a lot of English and other tourist

Enjoyable place. More residential so not much around to walk to, even though under 10minutes to bus station. Grocery store right around corner. Unfortunately there was unit remodel directly across the hall and construction going on all day, nothing during quiet hours but started back up at 830am. Host had no control over this but communicated well during process. Ivan provided all the necessities for living, even laundry pods which hasn’t been common on other rentals. The bathroom did have a bit of sewage smell, but freshener helped. AC and fans are great touch in warmer days. For the price, definitely worth it.
