The place was simply amazing with amazing views. It was well maintained and it had fully functional kitchen.

So grateful for people sharing their little slice of paradise like this with us. Gorgeous, amazingly designed house with jaw dropping views from every window. We were lucky enough to have sun, snow and auroras at night during our stay. The house is super cozy and well equipped and close to Arrowtown and right on the Queenstown trail. It’s also the perfect location for every ski hill. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return. Thankyou so much.

This crib is all about the view which is clearly spectacular. No other reviews have referenced the property’s layout which I will do here - not as a criticism, but as an observation so that folks can take same into consideration. The property has 2 bedrooms - however they are effectively joined (wth a small ante room in between) meaning that the second bedroom can only be accessed via the first bedroom. This arrangement is certainly noted in the property description; however it’s not apparent from the photos. Folks may need to take this arrangement into account, depending on who they’re sharing with, noting that the occupant of the second bedroom needs to pass through the first bedroom to access the bathroom. Jimmy was a very thoughtful and responsive host . The house was very comfortable with stunning views. The setting opposite the lake is beautiful, and a great base for exploring other areas of interest around Queenstown. We’d highly recommend Jimmy’s place.

What amazing house! Tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to downtown. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning! The sunrises in the morning, and the even sunsets were the stars of the show. With so much to do and see in Queenstown and the surrounding areas, it was so nice to come back to a relaxing environment to unwind.

Oh where do I begin…Sararose and Jules family has the most charming apartment nested in an incredible mountain valley. But what touched my heart was how everything was designed and built in this apartment, and I really mean EVERYTHING. From the fully equipped and stocked kitchen to the cozy fire place, to the spotless bathroom, everything is thoughtfully placed and made by hand. Craftsmanship can be felt everywhere. It’s such a warm welcoming space inside out. The window seat is no joke, exactly as shown on the photos. Come here, you will find everything you will ever need, inside out.

The best Airbnb stay we have had to date! Such a beautiful property right on the lake with water views. The property has access to the Queenstown trail that takes you directly to Queenstown and connects to many other beautiful trails that you can walk/bike. The property is exactly as described but the photos do not do it justice - we will definitely be back!

The place has a balcony that faces Lake Wakatipu. Great views. I managed to capture few pictures of southern light from the balcony. The place is near to alot places. My family loved the place. i really recommend this place.

We had a great 10 day stay here. Awesome views from the lakeside villa, loved the fireplace. Walkable to Queenstown if you have to. Very comfortable stay. Villa was superb.

This view was the best thing to wake up to in the morning - it looks just like the photos There was blankets and heaters which made it very comfortable in the cold weather We walked to get coffee in the morning and it was very quick Would definitely stay here again

From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us like family. We even (seriously) asked if she’d adopt us — and we’re 29 and 30! She’s the ultimate Kiwi mum: warm, thoughtful, and endlessly generous. She was incredibly helpful in reviewing our itinerary and used her local knowledge to help us adjust our plans when the weather changed. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and spot-on. A wonderful location with stunning lake and mountain views. Pleasant and easy walks to local coffee shops and eateries. Great lakeside walk into Queenstown. Excellent accommodation bed extremely comfortable. Great communication with host who was helpful and timely in responding. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Location is great with private parking so you don’t have to worry about finding one far away and shifting luggages. The place I clean and near most of the needed amenities, beautiful surrounding and walking distance to the lake. Full function kitchen with no restriction of what are allowed to be cooked. Jane is a wonderful host ensuring our safe arrival and proactively helped us check on the status of the road closure, ensuring our safe arrival. We were greeted with a warm welcome, chocolate and a pre warmed house. :)
