Absolutely stunning location. Peaceful, private, and the mornings are glorious. My partner and I stay just the two of us, but it has more than enough room for a family or group. Plenty of room and lots of spots to enjoy the surrounds.

We loved our stay at Bird Song! So peaceful, great views. Loved relaxing on the balcony listening to the birds and just unwinding. Made our morning coffee that much better 👌🏽 The kitchen is perfect sized for a big family and has everything needed to cook at home. We ended up cooking all breakfast’s and dinners at the house cause we enjoyed the kitchen that much. The bath was a big hit, loved the salts and candles supplied. The projector was a hit with the little one and we enjoyed watching a movie by the electric fire place each night. Christine went out of her way to make sure our stay went as smoothly as possible and was super accommodating when she knew we had a baby with us. She supplied a cot, high chair and even offered to come to the property and install a baby gate at the top of the stairs for us. Plus left the laundry door open for us incase we needed to do some washing. (Usually only open upon request). Super accomodating & proactive host 🙂 We would definitely stay ag

Wow wow wow. We stayed at Rowan House for Mum mum’s 80th a perfect house for a large (11) multigenerational group. Given the house is about 80 years old itself, was a fitting venue. Moya is an amazing host, very quick to respond to questions and , and met on arrival to explain the ins and out of the house. The house itself is a beautifully presented, quirky, rambling old house perched on the side of the mountain with great views back to the coast. A great entertaining house - bedrooms are all well presented with quality linens and plenty of pillows/ blankets. The kitchen is perfect for feeding a large crowd - plenty of fridge spaces, ample everything you need. Moya unexpectedly, and very kindly, had stocked us with some staples and plenty of party starters. Fire place, tennis’s court, great views - was all fantastic. The only complaints we had were that we had to leave so soon.

We had the best weekend at the property. Katherine was incredibly helpful and responsive. This is the most beautiful home and we used it for staying nearby a wedding of our friends over the weekend and it was perfect for a relaxing retreat for us and our friends. Absolutely Stunning Stay! We had an amazing holiday at this beautifully presented Airbnb. The apartment featured modern fixtures and a clean, stylish design that made our stay feel both luxurious and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the incredible beachfront view - waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunrise from the balcony was unforgettable. The location is also incredibly convenient, just a short walk to shops, cafes, and everything you need. A special mention to our host, Yogi, who was fantastic throughout - communication was clear, friendly, and responsive, which made everything so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay - highly recommend and would love to return!

The views are incredible, you can see the city in one direction and the Gold Coast high rises in another plus all the beautiful scenery in between. You feel like you are on top of the world. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, tidy and comfortable. Hayden’s instructions were spot on. Highly recommend.

Comfy and stylish place in a great location. I had a 3 night stay while attending a conference at the Powerhouse. Very handy location for me with the James St area, Riverwalk, Howard Smith Wharves and Powerhouse all walkable. Good bus routes over the road too and lots of good food options.

Great location could walk to so many attractions and food places, so close to Cole’s. Amazing pool and spar facilities. Was nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine. The parking spot being included saved us so much money.

An amazing place to book a getaway. Brad was fantastic and helpful to deal with all the way through. His place was incredibly spotless upon walking in. The apartment is incredibly airy and open, with beautiful views of the water - exactly as seen in the photos. The location is also perfect - quiet enough to have blissful silence and peace away from the CBD, but also close enough to get there when needed. Overall a fantastic experience with the only regret being not staying longer!

This is the latest of many trips to Natalie’s lovely home. As usual everything was great, such a perfect home in a great location. Natalie is a great host, always responsive if you need anything. Thanks and hope to be back soon!

The two-bedroom unit was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and generously appointed with breakfast products. We were fortunate to stay 12 days. The views are spectacular as you look across valleys that ultimately lead to the Mary Valley and the Mary River, a significant river in South-east Queensland. The entire property is beautifully presented - the driveways are wide, and the grounds are meticulously maintained. The gardens have some lovely roses, including a Montville Rose. A real bonus is seeing the cattle ruminating in a paddock just below you. We were fortunate to witness a newborn calf taking its first steps in life.

We really enjoyed our stay. House had everything you could possibly need, so spacious, well appointed. Spa was wonderful in Winter. Amazing views from the deck.

Booked this AirBnb due to close proximity to our wedding venue. Groom and groomsmen stayed here the night prior to the wedding. I did not read the listing correctly and was unaware the the sleeping arrangement is one large bedroom with multiple beds, dorm style! Whoops. This was written on the listing however may need to be made clearer. The house and grounds itself was lovely and beautiful views.

We absolutely loved this place. Its set in a lovely tranquil setting in the wilderness with spectacular views of the mountains. The fitout of our retreat is modern and well planned and set out. The kitchen was fully functional, bed extremely comfortable with a beautiful deck looking out across the mountains which made the experience all the more relaxing. Graham was wonderful and accommodating. We can't wait to come back.

Imagine a beautifully appointed, dream cabin in the woods with sunken spa bath, flowing creek below that lulls you to sleep, a hammock on the veranda where you can relax with a glass of wine and listen to the birds discuss the wonders of the lush rainforest that surrounds you. Think of a place where you see only wildlife and if the whole retreat was at capacity it would still be a handful of people in a handful of cabins that you never even see. Picture a warm welcome with breakfast hamper and cheese platter and croissants delivered daily to your cabin by a magic invisible and silent rainforest spirit that leaves them fresh for you to enjoy. Consider a selection of wine and spirits available on site along with bbq hampers and other niceties that you can cook on your outdoor bbq whilst the bush turkeys look on hopefully. Hold your loved one in front of the fireplace and listen to the night whisper “relax”, “forget”, “unwind”, “just be”.

Such a beautiful and peaceful spot.... the perfect weekend getaway. The big tree swing was a hit, the chickens gave it a lovely farm-style feel, and the little dog was a friendly bonus! It was super kid-friendly, with plenty of space to explore and play. Everything was clean, quiet, and just as described. Thanks again Lisa for a great stay.... we’d definitely love to come back!

Well where do i start, could write an essay regarding Simon's gorgeous cabin! From the very start Simon was extremely responsive and very accommodating/helpful. We originally booked for my husband's 60th Birthday (March) however due to pending possible flooding/ extremely bad weather in SE QLD Simon kindly agreed to move our booking to end of June instead. We could not find fault in one little thing about this property. The location and views were to die for and despite the rain/mist it had such a tranquility/serenity of its own. The property build design was of very high structure/quality and the layout carefully and well planned to capture mother nature at her best. The interior design of the all the rooms (including added touches of a heat towel rail and, movement activated bathroom mirror lighting, real fireplace were perfect. The soft furnishings, towels/bedding sheer luxury and very high quality and the king bed was sooooo comfortable. The outdoor hot tub amazing...5 STARS !
