Vacation rentals with a patio in Queens

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

I had to be in Bed-Stuy for a week and found Jonathan’s place convenient. It was also clean and spacious enough for me to feel comfortable for a week. Jonathan was communicative, but not overly so, and responded quickly when I had a concern. Would recommend this place if you’re not a light sleeper - there is a train very close to the apartment that is loud.

Our stay at Gonza's in North Bergen was very successful. The place was very easy to find thanks to the description. The entire place was really very clean and equipped as described. We felt very comfortable and it was just the right thing to unwind and rest in the evening after exciting days in New York. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, from which you can reach New York in 30 minutes (with good traffic conditions) to 45 minutes (if there is a little more going on). So we always had to plan some travel time, but that was also stated in the description of the accommodation. Gonza was always available for us immediately for questions. Overall, we felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation for a New York trip.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

Super cute apartment, perfect for multiple people! The apartment was within a quick walking distance from the subway making it easy to get around the city. Would definitely recommend!!

The AirBnB was a perfect place for our needs. It has close proximity to the LIRR train station enabling us to go into New York City without having to worry about driving. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. made it feel like home. The host and co-host responded promptly with any questions or issues that we had. They were a pleasure to deal with. We had a great time and staying here made our stay in New York and Long Island a lot less stressful. Definitely would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

The Airbnb was very clean and spacious for six of us. Very comfortable area. Subway station was about an 18 minute walk and that worked well for us. They responded to our text very quickly. They let us know on a daily basis if we needed anything to reach out to them. The only drawback for us was there was no coffee maker or Keurig. Unfortunately, instant coffee doesn’t cut it for us. But overall, the place was very beautiful and as I said earlier clean and comfortable

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

This is a comfortable, well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment. It’s not far from the Grand Army Plaza subway stop, which makes it quite easy to get into Manhattan as well as around Brooklyn. Lovely street and neighborhood. The frontroom has one double-bed so it might not be the right layout for a group or family, say, but it worked for me. And there is a private bedroom with a double-bed as well. The small bathroom also might not work for a group of 3 or 4, but was fine for me. I appreciated the responsiveness of Asha’s manager. Everything was done with care.

First time we ever stayed in Queens! It’s a lively neighborhood with lots of places to get food, snacks. Neighbors were very nice too. It was a very busy weekend so being able to share the driveway was helpful with loading and unloading. We stayed on a hot summer day and night but the several air conditioning window units kept us cool. Most of all we are so grateful to Melissa for being responsive, having clear check in instructions and her flexibility.

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

Had a fantastic stay at Michael's place. Michael was great with check-in and out, flexible with times and even helped us with our luggage. He provided a really handy sheet of local recs which we made great use of. Michael's place is a beautiful period house in Brooklyn with walkable access to the Q train to Manhattan or Coney Island and a short walk from Prospect Park. The apartment is on one private floor with its own balcony space. The apartment is beautifully decorated and includes more amenities than you could need. There is one very spacious double bedroom with an en-suite toilet, and a sofa bed in the back half of the lounge which converts to a second bedroom. Huge kitchen with excellent cooking facilities and a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and period features.

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . David was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in super easy. It’s clear he put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! We loved our stay here, spacious apartment with a lot of natural light, few min walk to the nearest subway station, and the host was very responsive.
