Margaree Forks is a great place to get away from it all, yet close to everything in western Cape Breton. Escape to a rustic log cabin on a private acreage in the Algonquin Highlands. The cabin has electricity (limited to 38 amps), linen, a kitchenette and water cooler (no running water inside). Outside is the Aussie outhouse. Next to that is an outdoor warm shower with chiminea fireplace in the shower! There is a new Weber BBQ and a large fire pit. The horses live close by! Their corral is next door. There are hiking trails on our 12 acres and many tourist attractions nearby.
