The accommodation consists of a gated entrance, private secure parking and exclusive use of a pool, gardens, bbq area and terraces with dining and seating areas. Inside, the hallway leads to a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, lounge with a smart TV (Netflix) and WiFi, double bedroom with large ensuite, and a twin bedroom and family bathroom.

The colors used in the decoration are reminiscent of the sea and the Ria, the rocky beaches and fine sand, sunrise and sunset on hot summer days.
