This place is truly one of a kind and the photos don’t do it justice! The space itself is spacious and clean. The location is phenomenal - we didn’t want to leave and plan on returning in the future for sure. Wonderful location in Cagliari - extremely walkable. Host was receptive, considerate and communicative throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Very clean, well-kept and tidy apartment in a quiet and peaceful area. I had a great time and will definitely be back. Alessandro and Ilaria are two very friendly and caring hosts with guests. In addition, there is also the possibility of bringing your dogs with you, an opportunity that is not to be taken for granted 🐶 Super-recommended!

a beautiful unique home! Sinnai is a great home base 30 min outside the city to see lots of southern beaches. Lisa is a great host! She was always available when we needed her and made us feel very welcome. Her passion for art and the Sardinian culture is felt throughout the house. Would definitely recommend!

Elide greeted me with a big smile at an unlikely check-in time. From there, it was like feeling at the home of a distant relative, even if only for the duration of a single night. Kindness, hospitality and flexibility: definitely worth returning.

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

A little slice of paradise. We had a relaxing getaway with a group of friends and Matteo’s place was perfect for it. So calm and peaceful. And the beach was perfect. Nice selection of restaurants around. And supermarket close by had all the necessary things. This place is a real hidden gem. Matteo was a very responsive host, always helpful. We would definitely stay again at this place.

Marco and Patrizia's house is really cozy, equipped with everything you need and super clean. Close to the sea both by car and on foot and very convenient also to the bus stops that in case you do not have a car take you directly to the center of Cagliari.

Sara is amazing host, very helpful, quick response, friendly. Amazing apartment, clean and beautiful. Walk to the beach around 20 min, or you can take a bus for 2 stops. Supermarkets are close by. A bit noisy road near, but didn’t bother when window is closed 😊

Great value for the money. There was everything you need. Those who expect more should be aware of the price. It was great for us. You can do laundry, cook, about 15-20 minutes to the beach and about 30 minutes by bus to Cagliari train station. There was a strong handshake to welcome us 😉👌

Apartment is very clean and well furnished. It is about 30 mins bus drive to the center of Cagliari. Efisio is a very helpful host, quickly responding to any of our messages.

We chose the apartment because of the description and the photos, our expectations were fully met. Luca and Taty welcomed us very kindly, even a small gift was prepared, a few drinks already in the fridge. long drive, I was looking forward to the cool beer and the sea view. You immediately feel at home. Towels were prepared, there are also sun loungers right on the water (so 3 meters in front). The location is very quiet, you can only hear the sea and a few birds. Wifi works well. A CAR is highly recommended for the location! Restaurants and supermarket are a few km away. Also, you should be good on foot, to the apartment (first row sea) you have to go down a few meters and the steps at some point also up again ;-) Luca was so nice and helped my wife with the suitcase right away upon arrival. Very attentive.

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The apartment was very clean and provided everything you need: coffee maker, coffee, water, washing machine, shampoo, blankets, towels, duvet, air conditioning, fridge, freezer, pots, pans, glasses and much more. The location is close to the beach (about 1.2 km) and the terrace is great. The bathroom is airy and well ventilated. Only small criticism: There are not many hanging options in the bathroom. An important note: The property is just off the main road, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Personally, however, I quickly got used to it and see no reason for a star deduction. Overall, I highly recommend this place! 5 stars are absolutely deserved. w/ 30 and 33

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Loredana’s apartment. Everything was perfect: the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos, a true little haven of peace. But what really made the difference was Loredana herself. Lovely, incredibly thoughtful, always available, and attentive to make sure everything was going well. Thank you again for your kindness and presence, Loredana ! I would happily come back and highly recommend staying here!

I've never found a home on Airbnb that's so clean and organized. Perfect bathroom. There is literally everything you could need, I even found jams, honey and coffee for breakfast plus a much appreciated snack. Maria Letizia was very helpful, especially because I had to check out at 6:30 in the morning and she didn't make me feel bad about it at all. Convenient location, there are parking lots, the bus is very close and it takes 30 minutes to get to the station. Highly recommended.
