We stayed at this property during our trip to Cairo and truly couldn’t recommend it more! The flat is stunning—charmingly decorated in an old French-style chic, spacious, with beautiful balconies and plenty of storage space. What made the experience even more special was the host—exceptionally attentive, quick to respond, and consistently went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and fantastic recommendations. He genuinely made our stay feel effortless and welcoming. If we return to Cairo, we wouldn’t think twice about staying here again!

My hotel experience was excellent by all accounts. From the first I walked in, I noticed the cleanliness and high ranking in every detail. The bed is fresh and very comfortable, providing me with a calm and relaxing sleep. The bathroom is so clean and the whole furniture is new, it's like you're still in a place just opened. I asked about the hotel and they told me that they were only 15 days open — and that explains it all: attention, equipment, and cleanliness. Its location behind the Kempinski Hotel means close to everything and quiet at the same time. I will write in every municipality of the apartment, which is quite close to Tahrir Square and the Louk is about 4 minutes away. A car close to the building is a small grocery store. The apartment is enough for 6 people. We reached 3 people from a sanitary 🇸🇦 condition with tourism and we were in the intensity of exhaustion and we were comfortable. We found it difficult only on holidays in the short time that lasted a day, a minute and the moment we were leaving the airport, where it was in the 6th floor. The owner of the apartment apologized because he tried to make our convenience and it was not in his hands. As for the happy owner of the apartment, he was in constant contact and insulting us and trying to help us. The apartment is close to the Nile for an easy way described by the people of the place, but I did not recommend him to stay in a happy apartment and deal with him.

I had a very comfortable stay at Sean's flat in Garden City. Both Sean and Wael (who manages the flat in Cairo) were very responsive throughout my stay. The flat is spacious and it has an excellent location by the Nile in the centre of the city, walking distance to a metro station and many wonderful sights. Plenty of cafés and restaurants around too. Despite the central location, it is a very quiet flat so you are guaranteed a good night sleep! Well recommended!

great location everything needed is there, i am with mom and baby, they r all satisfied, big balcony connecting both room, very good view for downtown, easy asscess to everywhere, 10 minutes wakling distance to museum, to go bus station 10/10 recommend good price good service provide

Wonderful stay tucked back from the gate with plants all around. Our flight arrived late on New Year's Eve. Karim was a very gracious host who stayed up past midnight on new year's to welcome us.
