Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pyes Pa

Well what can we say?! AMAZING! ❤️Antony & Yolanda’s house is simply BEAUTIFUL! The location is fantastic, a 2 min walk to the local supermarket/restaurants/bars & eateries. The beach also only a 2 min walk. We attended the Dawn Parade and it was such a luxury not having to worry about parking, everything really is on your doorstep. The house itself is lovely and spacious yet felt so cosy and homely. The hosts have put a LOT of thought and effort in to making you feel at home (and we did)! ❤️ From the cosy plush blankets, to the ping pong table (which was so much fun), everything was just magic! From our family to yours Y & A, a huge thank you! 😘❤️

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jane's place. Set in a very peaceful location. A short walk to the shopping centre and a short drive to the Mount. Easy check-in. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. A very comfortable home. Would recommend.

So loved staying here it is so peaceful yet so close to the Mall with everything you need. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Caroline is amazing and takes great care of you, so quick to respond. Even though this place is on the same property as the owner it is private and quiet. We will definitely be staying again and highly recommended this place. Thankyou Caroline 😊

Amy’s place was absolutely amazing! My twi friends and I stayed for a long weekend as we were competing in a crossfit competition ober Matariki weekend in the Mount. Amy’s place was everything we expected and more! It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood with an awesome restaurant just down the road. Being winter time it was super warm and cozy. Every bedroom had it’s own heatpump. We also found some foldout beach chairs and a picnic rug which we used to take to our competition to relax on in between our events. The kitchen was well equipped with all the things including a cute little snack jar. The place was so clean and tidy and we loved all the decor and details it made us feel really at home and was a great place to relax. We would recommend Amy’s place to anyone travelling to Papamoa, Tauranga or the Mount. We would love to stay again in the summer time and go to the beach so I will have to bring my whānau one day. Thanks Amy, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This house was exactly what we were looking for as a family of 5. The home was clean when we arrived and stocked with everything we needed. The provided sports equipment and access to the school court and field was a bonus! My children loved playing tennis & running around in the open field. The spa was well kept with clear instructions & our host was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this home & will glady stay here again. Lovely, clean, tidy and surprisingly spacious home, in a very quiet neighborhood. Close walking distance to the beach. Hosts were great to deal with, fantastic communication and really helpful. Definitely recommended

Donna’s home is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and in a safe, convenient area close to shops ideal for both adults and children. During our stay, I experienced a medical issue and had close family come to support with our baby while my husband cared for me. I missed Donna’s messages on the Airbnb app the next morning and afternoon asking about extra guests. Once I saw them, I explained the situation and assured her they only stayed one night, and I was happy to cover any extra fee. After this we did feel a little unsettled, as neighbors were monitoring our comings and goings. It made us feel watched and impacted our sense of privacy. It would help if the listing mentioned any neighborhood watch or monitoring systems in place. Overall, it’s a lovely home and great for families, we just found the level of observation overwhelming.

Alec and Anna were exceptionally gracious hosts and provided much insight to the area and things to do. They treated me like family. My experience was amazing in every way.

Awesome wee modern cottage only about 5 minutes from Kati Kati township. Would happily stay again.

Garry and Gays place was exactly as described. Neatly presented private and peaceful. We had a really nice day. . Thank you also for being such a kind and sociable host but also giving us our space. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb and hope to return again in the future.. Really appreciate being able to stay at this nice property .

Thank you to these kind and generous hosts, they both were so easy to talk with and so helpful. It was a perfect place to have a break at, I just wish that I could have stayed for longer. Jackson's place was really easy to find and it's only a minute walk to the shops and local restaurants. Not to mention, just across the road from the beach! The space itself was great, felt right at home, nice and private even with Jackson upstairs (although you'd never know it!). Would definitely stay again :)

Exactly as described, even with the road side parking it was great to be greeted by such a friendly dog and the place was quiet and relaxing. Perfect place to call base while in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Wonderful weekend ☺ definitely would stay again.
