Overlooking the beautiful lake of Thoux-Saint Cricq and its nautical activities, 45 minutes from Toulouse and 35 minutes from Auch; close to typical villages of Gers, classified among the most beautiful villages in France (Cologne, Sarrant, Mauvezin...), shops 5 minutes by car.

Charming atypical studio 35 m2 The creative escape

Passionate about creation, yoga and cycling, I suggest you come to rest, create, practice yoga, cycle or visit the area. You will stay in our studio "L'échappée créative". Guests can park their vehicle in the property which is private and closed. The 35 m2 studio is newly renovated with an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom of access. It is dual-aspect and adjoining my house which is located in a quiet area next to shops and restaurants.

Pets allowed, private fenced garden.

30 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac airport, detached house, quiet in the village, close to the center and shops. Ideally located between Toulouse and Auch and typical villages of Gers. Enclosed outdoor space of about 60 m2, not overlooked. We rent the ground floor (80 m2). The unfurnished floor remains unoccupied and private.
