Perfect for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, bike, mountain bike and hiking trips are close to the accommodation. Studio 2 min by car from the center of Briançon. Very nice cozy accommodation. Small balcony ideal for having breakfast in the sun. Housing not suitable for people with reduced mobility on the 1st floor.

We had a lovely time at Manuel and Sandrine's. Everything was perfect upon arrival. Manuel and Sandrine were warm and waited for us despite our late arrival. I would highly recommend it because the setting is really nice and quiet.

The exterior presents a charming view of the chalet’s natural stone and wooden elements. Large glass doors open to the interior, allowing light to fill the space. Surrounding greenery enhances the tranquil setting, creating a welcoming entrance with a stone pathway and flower pots.

Comfortable apartment with breathtaking views from both balconies one in the room and one in the living room. Accessible by stairs, kitchen, and bathroom equipped with all the necessary accessories. Society games and children's games available. Completely surrounded by greenery so keep in mind that some small "guests" can enter the house (scorpions, spiders, lizards). Highly recommended for those who love tranquility.
