The house is located in the spa town of Châtelguyon, a place called Les Grosliers. Old stone winegrower's house, the accommodation is accessed via a staircase. In the living room with fireplace and stone wall you will find a kitchen equipped with sink and refrigerator. As well as a dining table and a sofa bed with coffee table. The accommodation is equipped with a TV. Upstairs is a charming romantic bedroom. The garden has a shared pool heated in season

In the Livradois-Forez Nature Park, in the countryside, independent accommodation of 55 m2, with private terrace. The hamlet, very quiet, enjoys a beautiful view of the volcanoes of Auvergne. From the window of the main room, below, view of the pretty village of Sauxillanges and on the horizon, the volcano range. On the other side, the terrace overlooks a large meadow and, in the distance, fir woods. Preserved natural setting. Renovated in 2016

Quiet house / pool / sauna / unobstructed view!

In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.
